This is a really exceptional microwave. The stainless steel finish fits with any decor. It has a spacious interior that could easily fit a entire chicken. The preprogrammed buttons were very useful. I loved the pull door handle as the push button on some microwaves wears out. I was impressed with how well made this is and would recommend this one.

Had to return to store. Plugged it in it ran for 15 seconds and made a funny sound, shut itself down but then turned itself back on. Unplugged it and turned it for full refund.

Oder was taken as expected, looks like there was a problem with find one, but it finally got here. When box was opened the glass tray came fly out hitting a tile floor and breaking into many pieces. The people at Magic Chef were excellent at getting another one to me.

box has various holes in bottom like it was drug across cement floor several times --hole in side and both sides of microwave dented--first complaint i ever had--ordered it online because i am 73 and didnt want to go in to store so just have to keep it-both sides of microwave dented

Excellent microwaves. It is stainless steel in side and out. Easy to use. It was bigget then my previous one. Love it because the inside should not peal off as it ages.

It looks nice, peeling the material off the stainless steel is fun and harder than expected. The problem started when we attempted to use it. I put a cup of water in for 2 minutes so I would be able to wipe the inside out, it did not smell very pleasant but I have not had a new microwave in 10 years so maybe they all smell hot at first. Once we stopped it and looked at the clock the whole screen area had condensation in it. Back in the box and bought a GE like our old one

My 15 y/o Kenmore died and I HAVE to have a microwave. My husband went out and bought a similar Panasonic, and I would have kept it but the light doesn't go on when the door is opened, so it was a deal breaker (I didn't like the buttons, either). I researched and read MANY reviews from half a dozen stores and settled on this one. I like the stainless steel, and the fact that it cooks and defrosts by weight or time, and it's super quiet, but the light comes on when the door is opened! Why would anyone even make a microwave without the light??? So the Panasonic is going back. I did buy the extended warranty because of some of the reviews, but it was only $14. I'm really pleased.
