I wanted a basic blender to make smoothies. This works well (so far). Purchased At Malwart for $10 It is noisy but you don’t run it for very long. I’m happy with it.

This Mainstay personal blender arrived ahead of expected date. Wrapped well and arrived in great shape. It's easy to use and clean which I like very much. The only thing lacking is it's inability to blend anything frozen BUT I let it sit out for a bit to let it soften and then the blender works well. For $19 it actually is far better than I had expected. Yes I recommend...

Works great but it’s really frustrating that you can’t get replacement/extra bottles. For this reason I bought a ninja blender and extra bottles. Mainstay bottles break in less than a year and I’ve never broken a ninja bottle so in my opinion your better off with a ninja product. Really wish these guys made replacement bottles!

This amazing gem makes my smoothies, iced coffees, shakes, salad dressings, purees my Roma tomatoes for Italian sauces etc

Blends eyes pretty well overall it's pretty good it's a plastic is cheap though and if you don't wash it well enough by hand the smoothie smell stays in there I don't have a dishwasher so I wouldn't know how it dishwashers sadly

This is my second blender. The first one i bought was broken and I exchanged it. I've had this blender since the end of feb and it has so many stress cracks because I use it everyday. Its really sad that its only lasted a few months . I won't be buying anything from mainstays again

This is my first blender I've ever got it within 3,4 days I'll say the motor is a bit loud and the cord is super short but other than that I'm happy with it . I really hope the mainstays hand mixer goes back in stock I'd like to buy that too.

This is the Perfect little personal blender, it is easy to use and clean, it makes getting going in the mornings so helpful for a quick smoothie or pureed sauces. If taken good care of it should last a long time.

This blender is cheap and ok for shakes and mixing basic things, but will not break down solids enough such as blending smoothies and making gravy of any kind. I would not recommend this brand.

Only four stars because there are no replacement parts available even though it is an inexpensive blender replacement parts would be nice to have if something brakes and needs to be repaired also extra cups with lids should be available as well I use it for making baby food and it works great for that I definitely recommend it

My Nutribullet recently bit the dust and I've been looking for a less costly replacement. I made my usual shake of baby greens, frozen berries, ginger and turmeric roots, cinnamon and nutmeg along with almond and coconut milks with bone broth protein powder. The blender made a smooth mixture-comparable to the Nutribullet. My only challenge is that I had to do it in two batches as I need to put in 12 ounces of liquid and that was too much along with everything else. The motor slowed down a bit as the cup was probably a bit overfull. Bottom line was results were very good. I'll try decreasing my greens to 1 c instead of 2 c to see if that helps. They probably make the cup smaller due to the low power on this unit. It would probably overtax the motor if it had to blend up a larger amount of food/liquid.

For the price the blender does it's job. You just need to make sure that if your putting in fruits or vegetables that they are cut up into small pieces to get a smooth drink. You can only run it for one minute at a time, then wait for 3 cool down,after the one minute of running before mixing something again. If you want something quick this will be perfect and it comes with a lid so you can take the entire drink with you, without having to transfer into another cup. I like it! I have been making smoothie, milk shakes and one day made chicken salad in it. YUM!! Had it for a few weeks with no problems. You can put in the dishwasher.

I bought this mixer for smoothies. Not able to use any frozen fruits or ice. Would not even blend up the cottage cheese into the shake. Very poor blades. I did like the size and that the blade can be removed and replaced with a lid. Will be returning this item. Price was right, performance is poor. :(

The blade mount cracks after about two weeks. I bought one and I really like the size and convenience but a crack formed after just under two weeks of use. I should have just returned it but decided for the price to give it a second try. This one lasted almost 3 weeks and cracked in the very same place. Bad design or tooling. Don't buy it unless you only need it for two weeks.
