Purchased this unit online during Covid pandemic, when my previous unit died. We love it! Easy to figure out, so even hubby and teen son manage to make it work without too much problem. I love the sensor features and we've used the Dual crisp feature a few times and liked it a lot. (Just don't use a plastic plate when using the dual crisp). The stainless still interior is easy to clean. Its also very quiet and has a lovely little jingle when the foodis ready. So happy with my purchase! (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

This unit has many great features and the crisper really does crisp and brown nicely although it takes longer than a broiler in a regular oven. I got rid of my countertop toaster oven because this can do the same thing. The only negative here is that the microwave isn't as powerful as some. It's slower to microwave than my last one. The fan on high is extremely noisy so I just use medium or low. The fan is located underneath but toward the back so if you're cooking on the front burners the fan really can't keep up with a lot of moisture. It has a really nice appearance. Bought this because of the browning/dual crisping feature. So far it works OK. Do not like that you cannot set a time defrost. Also the only part that is not fingerprint resistant is the door button. Really? The one part that you touch every time you use the microwave. That was not thought out very well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

21's Century feathers on a 20th century microwave, very please with this product, it all works as said, I say though I have only had this micro for a short time, very easy to use. We are enjoying our new Maytag over-the-range Microwave. It is quieter than ones we have had before, which we are enjoying. It is very easy to use and the crisp feature is great for things like reheating pizza and other items that you don't want to turn out soggy. All-in-all we are very pleased with this purchase.
