I have bought a bunch of these because they end up getting broke. I found that the French Press Coffee Maker Set - [5-pieces] 18/8 Stainless Steel Double Wall Vacuum Insulated Coffee Press 34 oz. with 2 Stainless Steel Coffee Mugs 16 oz is so much better! Love the feel of the mugs and because they are insulated, the outside isn't hot like a regular cup and coffee stays warmer a little longer.

Used for a long time, because I was not happy with the coffee from my single cup brewer, but sometimes got coffee beans in my cup. Changed to another type.

Very disappointed with this brand name French press. The size is perfect but the cover does not seat properly to ensure a neat pour. The pour actually dribbles back against the canister when you pour. Must pour over the sink - it's that messy. I have called the product maker to inquire and have not received a call back yet (4 days) I bought online at Walmart and will return, except it's a 45 min drive to the closest store. Try another product.

Mr Coffee has been a household name my whole life. I am hoping the glass stands up better than other brands. The only downside is the glass does not fit snugly into the frame. It will fall out if you turn it upside down to dump the grounds - so be careful!
