I don’t know what these people are raving about but I assure you if you are getting this to get a quick nutritional supplement (quick fruits and veggies) THIS IS NOT IT! This thing is horrible, and I’m being nice about it. You waste SOOO MUCH FRUIT AND VEGGIES putting it into this thing you are better off eating the fruit/vegetable whole if the objective is nutrition. Guys it’s really not good, no lie. I used 3 whole cucumbers, 4 green apples, and 4 mint leaves just to a little juice out. Not even half a cup. When I open up the pulse I noticed about 95% of the fruits and vegetables were there instead of in my cup to drink. The vegetables and fruits were wet and some where whole. I said, “No this can’t be right. I did something wrong. There is no way this juicer is designed to waste 95% of the content put into it.”So I disassembled it, reassembled it (according to the instruction), grabbed a new batch of fruits/vegetables, cut them way smaller (exploring all possible options) and ended up with the same results. 95% of the fruits and vegetables down the pulse. So I put the fruits/veggies from the pulse back into the juicer (because I refuse to waste ALL OF THAT PERFECTLY GOOD FRUIT/VEGETABLES) and again very little juice came out but all of was back in the pulse container. I’m more hurt that I literally filled a small trash bag full of perfectly good fruits and vegetables. I love nature and that was just a complete waste. If all of that waste bad enough to properly clean this thing is a daunting task. Give yourself a good 15-20 min for the clean up process. It’s just a NO FOR ME. A BIG ALL AROUND NOOOO! Disappointment is an understatement. This is not a juicer I assure you take my word for it and don’t purchase. If you do, don’t say I didn’t warn you. Best of luck!

So this juicer does juice, and it is VERY easy to clean, disassemble, and reassemble. I’m giving only two stars because the pulp that is left over after juicing is still extremely wet. So it doesn’t juice very effectively. And you can forget about juicing leafy greens. They will get chopped up and spit directly into the pulp container. A+ for convenience, it’s a nice compact size, very easy to use, and you will get a nice cup of juice at the end. I would not recommend this juicer to someone who juices multiple times a week. The amount of waste that is created is so much. My mom has an old school juicer that juices with steel gears, and it is big, hard to clean, difficult to put back together, and has far too many pieces. But, she and I juiced the same weight in vegetables and she got nearly twice the juice I got. For the price point, this is a good juicer. And if you’re only looking to make the occasional juice, this would be great. But if you’re planning on juicing a lot, this juicer will create a ton of waste and overall you will be spending more money to get the quantity of juice you are looking for.

It arrived broken and does not turn on. I only read the positive reviews and was fooled. After I had to submit my return I read the negative ones and it sounds like I am fortunate it didn’t even work to begin with after reading other people’s horror stories. I would not be so disappointed if it weren’t for the fact that I spent over $100 on organic fruits and vegetables to juice because I have been diagnosed with an unfortunate health condition and juicing was recommended as one of the few things I can do at home to assist in winning this health battle. It is so disheartening that Amazon does not fact check the companies advertisements of the products they sell because in addition to the frustration of the loss of money I spent on organic produce and the delay in doing what I can to help improve my health, this company has falsely advertised in the Product Description section with pictures when you scroll down from the product in the larger printed area with images it states that it is “Patented Low-Speed Technology” with a “motor that runs at only 60rpm” which is a highly desirable feature that affects the quality of the juice. BLATANT LIE!! When you actually read the smaller printed information underneath “About This Item- DUAL SPEED VERSATILITY” the first thing it says is “runs from 12000-18000 rpm” depending on what you are juicing which is a massive discrepancy to say the least and 100% contradicts the lies it advertises in the product description which is in nice and large eye-catching print with pictures. Bogus all around and shame on both companies for their disregard in care for the consumer.

This juicer is a perfect example of how time and money are inversely related. If you spend a lot of money on an item, typically it saves you time. With a cheaper item, you’ll likely spend more time using it. This juicer works decently. But what I found with use is that you need to re-process the pulp. This juicer is not going to get all the liquid out of the pulp in one go and you’ll have a lot of waste. The picture shows a measuring cup (With the red lines) that is full of ONLY the juice from REPROCESSED pulp. I used 1/2 bunch of kale, 2 cucumbers, 2 green apples, 2 inches of ginger, 2 limes, 1/8 of a cabbage, and 3-4 leaves of romaine. The first and second reprocessings I got about 4 oz each, each subsequent time I got less and less. Even at the end, the pulp is not completely dry. Also note that the combination of vegetables/fruits used is going to affect how much juice you can get from the pulp (duh). For example, I make an “orange” juice with carrots, oranges, turmeric and ginger and don’t typically get too much juice out of the pulp after 1-2 reprocesses, but still worth it to try imo. Since I paid way less money for this juicer than a high end one, I’m going to spend more time using it. I’m happy with my purchase. Try the tips above to get the most out of your juicer and hit the helpful button if this is useful :)

I purchased the Mueller juicer and started using immediately making two 16 oz juices a day. One was strictly celery juice and the second contained a wide variety of vegetables and fruits. First off, I noticed the machine wasn't built that well. It's rather lightweight and the parts felt very plasticky (not sure that's a word). The stainless steel body of the machine was held together at the bottom with a base that the body nested into - no big deal until juice starts running down the front of the machine and drains into the body of the machine vs. the counter. Ultimately, I did not keep the machine. The lip on the pulp bin broke in the second week of use. While I don't love returning things, I was happy Amazon allowed a return. I have since purchased the Breville Juice Fountain Elite and am thrilled with the quality and performance. As my husband reminded "you get what you pay for". The Breville was significantly more expensive but worth every penny!

I had about 15 bushels of apples off of our trees so they were various varieties. The juicer works fairly easy. I did discover that I could put three apples in at a time but then I had to give it a little bit to try to move the pulp to the storage container. As the photo shows a lot of the pulp did not go down into the storage and instead stuck to the top of the container. This may just have been because of the type of apples I was using. As you can see from the pictures some pulp does still go into the juice and it does separate after sitting for a few minutes. I just ran the juice through a cheesecloth to remove the top pulp. Cleaning is an entirely different story. There are a ton of parts and a lot to clean. The blade screen is very difficult to get clean. Overall I like the juicer and it has served its purpose. I would not recommend it if you were going to use it every day because you will spend more time cleaning it than you will using it. But for large canning projects it works good.

I've had this juicer for about a month now and I have to say at first it worked somewhat Okay, a bit noisy (to be expected), creating a lot of foam in the juice (to be expected with this type of juicer too) but what I didn't like at the beginning is that it would take so much effort to even cut simple fruits like green apples and peaches... It felt like the blades weren't sharp enough, you had to press and release many times with the plunger, sometimes I had to stop juicing, I was pushing so hard that I was afraid I'd to break it. I don't even use it everyday, so it's not like it just wore off out of a lot of use. Now the juicer is making a ton of noise sometimes, leaving big chunks of fruits and making less juice (obviously since it's not "blending" the entire fruit). Too late to return, my advise to you is to get a stronger juicer and if something feels off at the beginning, return it, it will not get better with time.

I guess I was hoping I could get a good juicer at a budget price. I already have a masticating juicer that costs twice as much but I wanted something that made juice faster. We made the same juices we always make...items included carrots, celery, cucumbers, beets, various greens, ginger, etc. It did a pretty good job on celery but on anything kind of tough, like carrots or ginger, basically the machine stopped working. Sometimes I guess something was stuck, or maybe the machine was getting hot, but it looked like to me the item was just lodged in there or stuck. so we had to take it all apart, wash it (to cool it down) and restart again. Just too much hassle. This happened three times while just trying to make a pint or so of juice. So we could see that was not going to work. You get what you pay for as they say. Good thing I am able to return it. If I get another, I will pay more. And one more thing. I thought with all the power this one had, it would rip thru things. Nope. They got stuck.

I really wanted to like this product, as I don't like replacing things unnecessarily, but I actually can't wait to replace/toss it. I thought about giving it away, but I don't think that would be nice. My main issues with this juicer is the cleanup afterwards. The pulp tends somehow fly out the side of the part meant to catch it, which I only noticed because I keep it on my counter next to my white wall. I guess if I put a plastic bag in the catcher it wouldn't be as bad, but I assumed it would be tight enough when assembled properly. Another issue I have is cleaning it. The part that pushes the produce in as well as the part that catches the juice and sends it to the cup are poorly designed. Both parts trap juice and/or dish water inside, which I have not been able to successfully remove. I no longer submerge either in water, but the part that catches the juice I'm sure has old juice in it still. No bueno. I also noticed that it just doesn't get clean. I guess I need to use something stronger than hot, soapy water, but considering how it holds liquids in certain parts, I'm not too thrilled about that prospect. On the plus side, it is easy to assemble after (attempted) cleaning and is super easy to use.

I never really review items I buy on Amazon - but for this one I felt like I need to. This juicer is a decent one if you're new to juicing; very easy to use and you don't need much time spent on cutting the fruits/vegetables. Cleaning it won't take long either but good luck reaching some sections. As for the quality of juice, for someone who's been juicing for a while now, I wasn't satisfied. Not only that I need to strain it (my partner absolutely can't stand pulp) but it also wastes a lot of the fruits/vegetables. I end up wasting puddles when I juice things like pineapples and oranges. Cucumbers somehow end up being split in half and sent to the waste bin too. Lastly, you can clearly see the separation in the juice which is usually a sign of oxidation. All in all, it's a decent price compared to other brands. If you're new to juicing and want to experiment with juices twice a week then go for it. If you're a juice addict like myself, I recommend other brands as the quality only degraded the more I used it. I ended up returning it and buying a higher quality one.

Juicer is broken not even 2 months in :( it's just completely stopped working. Does well with harder fruits such as apples, carrots, beets, and cucumbers. Does not so well with more watery fruits such as pineapples or watermelon, which is one of the mail reasons why I purchased it. Although it is easy to clean, with watery fruits it's also very messy. I had to hold a towel to the back to keep the pulp contents from spewing out the back of it and all over my counter. And it still made a large mess at that. The pulp is also left super watery, leaving 2 cups of excess juice to be squeezed, which takes much more time by hand. Do not recommend. Mainly due to it not even lasting over 2 months.

Things anyone should know: Any juicer will be a cleanup mess. Its the nature of the best. And the vegetable juice will be runny, as the pulp is eliminated. The juice is healthy and refreshing, but there has to be a way to incorporate some of the pulp back into the juice to give it more body. Commercial juice is probably "cooked down" to retain some body, but then, that defeats the purpose. Regardless, know real complaints. Just things folks should know. Its a great product.

I like this juicer because it makes juicing very accessible. Usually, people are turned off from juicing because of the amount of prep and cleaning involved. This juicer eliminates one of those factors because it is relatively easy to disassemble, clean, and assemble. The various parts are made of plastic so I imagine things will break later on down the road. But cest la vie. It's good for the price. Here are some tips: 1. When juicing carrots, I use the "2" setting since it makes the juicing more seamless. I would also cut off the root of the carrot since the machine doesn't like processing that part. 2. For softer vegetables/fruit, I like to use "1" because it doesn't "kill" the flavor of the juice. Many people notice a difference in flavor between masticating and centrifugal juicers due to the speed at which the produce is juiced. I have definitely noticed a difference in flavor between "2" and "1", especially when it comes to apples, cucumbers, ginger, kale, spinach, and lemons. In other words, more speed and faster juicing does not necessarily mean better quality juice. 3. Because of 1 and 2 above, I would juice the vegetables/fruit that you're concerned about retaining flavor first (ie. kale, spinach, apples, cucumber, ginger, lemon, limes). Then I would do the more hardcore veggies last (ie. carrots, celery, beets).

Before this juicer, I had bought the “Aicok” juicer from Amazon (I forget which model exactly). I had such issues with that one that I replaced it with this one, the Mueller - and couldn’t be happier! Where the last juicer was poorly designed and made a mess in the counter top, this one worked perfectly. I also own a “masticating” juicer I bought from Amazon for $300 because “slow juicers” supposedly preserve more nutrients...and I still have it...but it’s so slow I hardly juice with it. I just want to get in, prep the veggies and fruits, and be done under 10-15 minutes. Slow juicers take more like half an hour for me, so the centrifugal style or “fast juicer” is more what I needed. This is my THIRD centrifugal, and it beats them all (I had a Breville Juice Fountain from Amazon years ago and used it for two years and the motor finally quit). Time will tell how long it lasts, but it’s priced right so I can’t complain. Love this thing!

I went to physical stores to find a juicer, but either COVID-19 has also gotten to juicers or they are not popular enough for stores to carry them. I could not find one in-stores, and while I looked online, the cost was well over $100 and I was just no willing to pay that much. Came to Amazon, and found this one. Not only did it have an overwhelming amount of good reviews, but from the pics it very much looked it was worth the buy. I made the order and two days later, I made a juice from carrots and pineapple. I could not believe how good the juice was, and how different the taste compared to my Ninja bullet. Literally using the juicer every day, and the waste from the fruit is now fertilizer for my garden. Highly recommend it. It's easy to clean and wash. Please note that it should be washed before the first use, as it comes with a strong plastic smell, but its very easy to disassemble and wash every piece.

Disappointed after using this twice. It doesn't seem to juice too well and it shoots off the remainder of the carrot or apple- or whatever you are juicing, way too soon. As you can see in the photos- literally chunks of apple made it through without being juiced- and they had juice in them. This was not pulp- this was a usable portion of the food. Also- chunks of carrots did the same- and I ended up digging them out and passing them back through, but it shot most of it back out. You get what you pay for I guess.... I would consider this a budget juicer that looks great. I have had far uglier old ones that work phenomenally better. The main difference is how close the blade gets to the plugner to make sure you smash all of that juice out of there.

My husband and I decided to try juicing as a way to lose weight. We had purchased a used one several years ago but had never tried it. We pulled it out, used it twice and it started smoking. So that went in the trash and I set out trying to find another. I wanted something that was easy to use, had great reviews, was powerful and most important to me was that it didn’t break the bank. Who knows how long we’ll stick with this juicing thing but I didn’t want to spend a ton of money. This one looked to fit the bill. It was very easy to set up and get started. It was powerful and not crazy loud. (we had to switch to our Ninja blender when the last juicer died and it was so loud!!). Juice was delicious, free of pulp and seeds and I really like that the pitcher it pours into has a little ledge on the lid that keeps the frothy part from being poured into your glass. As with any juicer there are several parts to take out and wash afterwards but it was easier than the last one we had. Super happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend!!

This juicer replaced my 10-year-old Breville Juice Fountain Elite. I paid $300 for it at the time. Upon receiving this unit, I immediately noticed it was so much lighter weight which initially concerned me. I also took note that was very similar in design to my previous juicer. I juiced apples, kale, beets, beet greens, carrots, ginger, and celery. The unit was sturdy during juicing and no leaking. It juiced beautifully, and I am so glad I don't have to lug a heavyweight juicer around. The value of this juicer is terrific! Having paid a small fraction of the price has me further convinced I made the right choice! There was no compromise in quality, so why pay more??? I DO recommend the Mueller Mu-100 Ultra Juicer!

At first I thought this juicer was great. The more I used it the more it annoyed me. Now I can safely say I HATE this juicer. That is a strong word but I absolutely mean it. Here are the absolute deal breakers: 1.) Somehow juice makes its way into the inside of the juicer only to slowly leak out of the bottom vents later. 2.) The blade/basket attachment is starting to rust 3.) Pulp finds its way out of the juicer and onto your countertop/wall when sealed. 4.) After a few minutes of juicing the basket will lift up and can potentially make contact with the lid. It lifts up every single time I juice and has visibly sheared off some of the plastic from the bottom of the lid. While I realized it was lifting up I didn’t realize the blade was making contact with the plastic. It is pretty likely I consumed plastic. 5.) Pulp will not always cycle into the basket and will fill up the lid. After that happens it will slowly clog the components. Soon you’ll have pulp and juice mixing together into the collection cup. The only thing I use this for is making a weekly batch of apple/ginger/tumeric juice. Approximately 10 apples, a few pieces of turmeric and ginger root. I have been using this for maybe 3 months for a total of 4-5 times a month. Each juicing session is around 15 minutes total. I would consider that average to below average use and this thing is already trash. If you are thinking about buying this for even a split second, DON’T!!!!! Buying this was an absolute waste of money. I encourage you to spend the extra money and buy a nicer juice because I’m about to do the same.

This purchase was a mistake. 1.it is super loud. 2. not powerful, even though I cut my carrots in small pieces it would still mmake horrible sounds as it is gonna break every second. 3. Really hard to clean. after one time use transparent cap looks like it has been used for few years and couldn't make the filter to get as clean as I wish, tried using the brush that comes with it as well as dishwasher no success! Overall it was a disappointing purchase.

This. Juicer. Is. AMAZING. If you're considering buying it or not, I absolutely recommend it. So the only other experience I have with juicers was my Mom's from the late 90's that was impossible to clean, so obviously they have come a long way. But not only is this adorable and easy to store away, but everything comes apart with ease and you can rinse the pieces off and toss them in the dishwasher (except for the base of course, but the base doesn't get dirty anyway). It cuts everything up with zero problem! Has a large shoot to put everything in, but I still recommend cutting an apple up into fours. Also putting a plastic bag over the pulp catcher is wonderful if you don't want to have to deal with cleaning it out afterwards! My toddler loves to watch me make juice for her and she gets so excited that she actually drinks it! She's picky, but watching this process helps her get hyped up and follow through with drinking healthy. ?

This is a decent juicer, but it scares me to use it. When you put in a large piece of fruit, or something that’s maybe more fibrous, the machine shakes violently when juicing and it freaks me out. It’s a bit on the awkward side to clean and I noticed there were a few places for juice to hide and solidify. I don’t really use it too often, so I suppose that it’s ok for the occasional juicer. Just don’t try using citrus or anything with a tough skin on it, doing so causes the machine to almost lift off into space.

Ok, I decided to give this review because of the fast respomse i got from the seller. I brought this item and used 2 times, everything looked ok until I was going for a third round, Juicer didn't turn on, I let it cool, reseamble it, tried everything but juicer was dead, it smelled like it burned down the motor. Anyways i contacted amazon, the guided me into filling a "complain" to the seller, I was suppose to wait around 3 days for a response, but was not the case, got a response in around 3 hours. They explained that a minor percentage of juicers have the chance to die and that i would be receiving a new one, they shipped the new one the next day i think. I got it in my hands, and now i use it but try to be more carefull this time (cut hard insumes and do not force it by pushing to hard the plastic guide on top). I must say this juicer works as expected, Its my first juicer so I cant compare it to others. But as far as i have used it, it works just fine¡

What an amazing juicer! This is a solid juicer that can really handle daily use....and it is easy to clean as well. You wont believe how easy this is to clean until you get it! Machine breakdown is less than 1 minute after juicing is complete and that includes the time to dispose of the pulp. This is really one of my best buys and a great value for my money! This juicer is definitely a solid piece of equipment and well made. I routinely juice hard carrots, full cabbages, apples, pears, lemons, pineapples and zucchini and there is absolutely no lag in power! I love how this is helping me heal my stomach, since I have found out that my stomach is now upset a lot, and drinking cabbage juice is helping me. This machine is amazing....it grinds through everything and there is absolutely no lag in power. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this juicer!

Like many reviews say this thing is powerful and gets the juice flowing. I've been using it to juice whole, thick-rined organic grapefruit direct from my tree. It chews right thru them quarted pieces rine and all no problem. When you do this there is a lot of waste material that builds up pretty quick so the easy disassembly and wash and rinse mechanics are great. As many of you know, juice flavor varies depending on whether you include the rines or not, so with the taste of my grapefruits wildly variable, I usually end up mixing with apple or carrot juice. I've used Mr. Juice and seen other expensive juicers at work in friend's homes, this is by far the easiest and quickest to deal with when juicing and cleaning up.

I initially purchased this juicer for my Mom for her birthday, but she refused to use it, so I decided to use it for myself. I have to admit that I was very disappointed by the performance of this machine. I tried to do my due diligence for an affordable juicer, that’s quiet, powerful, easy to use and clean, and according to reviews this product seemed to check off all of those boxes. I was pretty surprised when I discovered that it’s not as good as people made it seem. I used this juicer for veggies mostly, with the occasional fruits such as apples, but this thing can’t juice a carrot to save it’s life. Actually, it struggles to juice softer veggies as well, or at least it sounds like it does. This thing is so loud, I’m constantly annoying my roommate and neighbors each time I use it. I’m not sure what the point of the second speed is. I’m thinking that it’s intended to juicer harder fruits and veggies, but apart from it being much louder, it does a subpar job like the first speed setting, so overall the functionality of this machine is average. Granted, I do get some good juice out of this thing, but I just can’t figure out how to maximize the performance of this thing. No matter how I chop my veggies, this thing sounds like it’s having a hard time even with the soft stuff. There’s a lot of annoying things about this that I couldn’t get to but, honestly, I would not recommend this juicer, there has to be much better ones out there for the price, so I would say, to “keep looking”.

I like it a lot but it should juice much better. It doesnt really utilize each fruit because when you check the pulp after juicing you will feel that its still wet which means there is still juices in the fruit. I just dont like wasting fruits. If you love juicing this is a good investment for your health but it is not like a good quality slow juicer for the reason I mentioned above. March 24, 2020 I am still using this juicer and I think for the price it is a good deal. There are mosre expensive ones but this does the job. When you juice oranges remove the skin because it makes the juice bitter just try to juice everything without the skin and your juice will taste much better and you will get more juice as well.

This is my first juicer so take my feedback with that in mind. The product is super easy to use and clean. I do run my pulp through it twice to get more juice out as you can tell with some vegetables that the pulp is watery. I do use it for mangos and pineapple but then take the pulp to purify it in a blender to add to my juices. All in all, I am happy with the purchase. There is a shut-off feature to prevent the motor from burning out which I like as a new user. I would have liked more information to come with the juicer. For example, there are 2 speeds - what is the difference and when you would use low speed vs. the high?

I was looking to replace my juicer but did not have a lot to spend. After researching products and reviews on amazon, i decided to give this model a try. It does the job for less than $60. I find if try to press down too much when my veggies are going through it definitely taxes the motor. But for the most part that doesn’t happen. I juice a lot of beets, one of the densest hardest veggies, so the fact that it does the job for them is a big thumbs up. I do however have one big issue with this juicer - every time im juicing the pulp is somehow escaping its enclosure and flies all over my kitchen! It’s horrible. I’ve taken to trying to drape a towel over the back side of the juicer where the pulp is emptying into the receptacle but still I’m having to do clean-up all over my counter and surrounding areas. It’s really frustrating. As far as cleanup of the actual parts, not too bad. Just take everything apart and rinse. I find there’s usually some pulp that has escaped down into the unremovable part of the juicer and i have to pick it out and wipe. Again, kind of irritating but i can live with it. To expect a perfect juicer at this price point i suppose is just not reasonable so i can live with the downsides...at least until i can afford to upgrade!

Didn't know know the DIFFERENCES in juicers and the IMPACT of these differences. About easy cleaning,depends- I found that the lip around the bottom of strainer needed special attention to dislodge food. Also I don't believe even if items washed over a dishwasher jet it would come clean, and I do not have an attachment sprayer on sink. Juicing 2 to 3X a day cleaning became a bit much. I would NOT turn on the dishwasher anyway for that. The manual was clear, no assembly really, a brief guideline 4 LG TOMATOES = 1 cup -Nothing on veggies- No suggestions or recipes. Could say more about feeding into the top, cut items or not? Lg Carrots etc, spun around! Luv the large capacity cup. To me I think that's a LOT of pulp, bag- great idea, & using fruit pulp as an addition to cake mix also good idea, surely there is more uses, I just need to seek it out! For a starting point and the $$ not a bad choice! Once I get some more knowledge under my belt, I'll venture onto another TYPE of JUICER, for now this will do. I'm COMMITTED to myself so I'll hang in there!

I don't write many reviews but felt this was definitely worthy. I bought this juicer for my wife last Valentine's Day so this is almost a year old. First off, my wife is the primary user of the product and I asked here what she liked about it: Pros: - Good juicer, gets the job done without much fuss - Relatively small footprint so doesn't take up much counter space - Easy to clean, parts easily disassemble to make clean up easy (word of advice don't use dishwasher as you risk minor warping on certain parts) - Isn't too noisy for a juicer - Likes how the jug design helps filter out the pulp when you poor it into a glass - Customer service (see my comments below) Cons: - None really, it works great for juicing 10-12 oz. Keep in mind it's not a heavy duty commercial juicer as you are not spending hundreds of dollars on the product. Besides this being a great product though, the main reason you should buy this juicer is because of the company and customer service that stands behind it. There are a lot of products on Amazon with high marks and its hard to tell the quality and reputation of a company until you have a problem. So I bought the juicer about a year ago and it stopped working late last week. On Sunday, I emailed the company (muellerdirect dot com) in the morning, explaining the juicer stopped working and would like to see if I can get it replaced or fixed. Within a few hours of the email I sent on a Sunday, they responded to me, apologizing for the unit not working and quickly offering me a chance to replace the unit. Monday, the next day, I emailed them with my Amazon order details and shipping information and boom!!!, 2 days later I had a new unit show up at our door step. There was no fuss, they didn't ask me to return the old one or hassle me with 10 different questions, they just provided awesome customer service. From the interactions I had with them, they claimed to be a family business so I was happy enough to write them a 5 star review on Amazon given my experience. In summary, great juicer for the price, does what it claims and has a 2 yr warranty that is backed up by a reputable company with awesome customer service. I highly recommend it!!!

Postives: The unit is attractive and fits on my counter under my cupboard, making daily use easy, 2) cleanup is as easy as probably any product, and I really like the brush that's included for cleaning, 3) I like the safety feature of having to lock it into place in order for it to turn on, 4) I like the large container the juice pours into, 5) the price is fair. Negatives: 1) The product works just okay. I bought it for celery juicing, and, while it produces a fair amount of juice, the pulp is quite soggy and often I have pieces of celery in the juice. Sometimes I will run the pulp through to get more out of it, and it always produces a significant amount the second time around, but it's a pain. 2) When unpacking the unit, the lid to the container that holds the juice fell off the container and broke. I wish it would have been secured with tape and a warning. Be sure to hold the lid on with your thumb any time you use it.

Does a decent job of blending different vegetables and fruits, but there is a LOT of juice left in the pulp and it's the hardest thing to clean since Chernobyl. A masticating juicer is a much better option if you don't enjoy sitting there for 30 minutes trying to clean carrots out of the slicer. Granted, I don't have a dishwasher, but as often as I juice I'd expect an adequate job of rinsing to get me throughout the day. Edit: After using this product for a week (excluding the months it's sat in my storage), I am frequently finding the machine overloaded with half-chewed pulp with excessive drippings. I could expect to use an entire stalk of celery to get a single 16 oz. cup and find the remains half-chewed while the pulp basket is only half full. In the junction between the basket and the blades are where most of the pulp remains, clogging and slowing down the machine. After that I get to enjoy cleaning the machine for at least 30 minutes, mostly just trying to get pulp out of the blades, and regardless of how hard and fast I scrub this process cannot take under 20 minutes, which calls into question the reviewers who said they could clean it in 5 minutes. Either they're lying or not cleaning properly because that is 100% not the case. The best feature of this machine is that I've now converted to masticating juicers.

I have used this product maybe 15 times for celery juice only. Until this last time, I thought it was a good product for the price. It does leave a good amount of juice behind in the pulp and is kind of noisy. However, today I thought l would have my normal celery juice and then make another juice later. So instead of my normal clean immediately after use. I left it plugged in afterwards for an additional 10 minutes. When I came back to make my second juice there was a huge amount of electrical smoke coming out of the it. The smell was undeniable. Thank God I was home today. NEVER leave this product plugged in - you may not have a home to come home to at the end of the day.

I was reading the reviews and was a little hesitate. I’m glad I didn’t listen. What works for one person may not work as well for the next. I wanted to wait a few weeks until I gave this juicer a REAL chance. Boy was I NOT disappointed! I frequently consume real juices. And this juicer (for the value) was one of the best juices I had. Not once has the motor shut off from over heating. Possibly because I’m cutting them into smaller pieces. I see some reviews that say apples are the worst to juice on this juicer. I humbly disagree. And urge to retry with smaller pieces. Shouldn’t be that complicated it wasn’t for me. The first time I cleaned the juicer it took a little around ten minutes to really full clean it. After my first ten uses it doesn’t take longer than 5-7 minutes to clean it. The assemble and disassemble couldn’t not have been easy. The mess isn’t really a mess since the recycled fruit stays in the bin for me and all the pieces come off easily to clean. So Genuinely and honestly I am so glad I invested in this juicer! Instead of leaving a negative review, try giving it a solid chance to work. I purchased the warranty in addition to the juicer because I know for myself I can be a bit clumsy with my kitchen products. Reviews really matter. I even went on here to check reviews before my purchase which did hinder my purchase by three weeks. Reviews really affect so try not giving up after a couple of uses. I hope this helps!

I wanted to wait a couple weeks until I left my review so that I could give an honest one after I have used it for a bit! So here it goes! You get what you pay for! If you are a hardcore juicer that has 1 or more juices per day this is NOT for you! It leaves a lot to be desired as far as juicing efficiently goes! It does get a lot of the juice out of the veg/fruit but ends up leaving a lot of chunks and pieces in the juice as well... it works I guess if you are the occasional juicer and don’t mind chunky juice! One of the only good things about it is that it is very easy to use. And as far as cleaning any juicer is going to be tough so can’t really judge that! I will be investing in a better juicer up the line soon!

It was great for the first few months. I’d juice almost every day and have great fresh juices. Super easy to clean! Juiced everything I needed with two power options. A month ago while juicing it made a really loud noise and a piece of the plastic came off and into the juicer, last week I was juicing and it started smoking. Now I’m afraid to use it, can’t return it and have veggies and fruits that have been wasted due to a broken juicer. I went from happy to upset with this juicer in a matter of a few months. Update: contacted customer support and they’re sending a free replacement! They care about their customers and I’m happy to be able to start juicing again. Hoping this was just a defective one because overall it is an great juicer.

You can spend SO much more for a juicer. And in fact we were used to a monster masticating machine we had for years years ago. Bought this literally not expecting much. We use whole carrots and quartered beets & apples about three times a week and it works JUST FINE! A little loud but who cares at this price. It comes apart easily, cleans up easily, and after two tries goes together easily as well. Am grateful for this good product and if you're not looking for perfection and instead a reasonable price for fresh juice I recommend it.

So disappointed in this purchase. Thought it would be a good introductory juicer, and was really pleased during the first two weeks. Now, just under 2 months of ownership, I’m so annoyed - the juicer’s performance has steadily declined to the point where juice is pulpy and the output is still quite juice logged. With increasing frequency, items are not chopped properly and get stuck resulting in the juicer shaking and my having to stop and check it. I suppose if you want to spend $60 to see whether you like juicing before buying a more expensive product, this juicer might be for you, but if you actually want a long term juicer, keep looking.

This is the first juicer I've ever purchased, and it makes quick work of the juicing process -- pulp goes in the little bin and juice goes into the measuring cup. Not too many parts and pieces, and clean up is not bad if you do so immediately. I have only experimented with a few vegetables but this is a powerful little machine. The seller was prompt, very pleasant and reasonable. Happy Juicing!

This juicer does NOT have the option of 60rpm. It is a CENTRIFUGAL and NOT a slow MASTICATING juicer. I am not sure who runs this business but they have no clue about juicers and as a result, they DO NOT tell the TRUTH as you can see in the picture!!! AVOID

I was so disappointed with this juicer! I really wanted to love it. I only used it for 6 DAYS and it stopped working properly!!! I bought it because I wanted to start juicing celery. The clean up was okay, I used the little brush it came with to clean it. But every day I noticed parts of the juicer getting worse and worse, especially the blade. I once tried making carrot juice with chopped carrots but it had a hard time juicing them and made a really loud noise. Also, It left a deep orange stain on the clear plastic part. It did however, work well with oranges and celery...until the 6th day. I tried making celery juice, but the machine kept spitting out big chunks of celery and making a loud irregular noise. I un plunged it, unassembled it, cleaned it, but nothing seemed to work. Big chunks of celery were still not juicing. The juicer over all looked horrific with weird green marks on the black plastic part (used to push the fruit down), the blade was a mess, the spout looked gross and that is when I knew, it was time to return it.

I bought this juicer to replace a Waring unit that recently failed after 10 years of great service. I decided on this unit based on the positive Amazon reviews. This device runs at very high speed and the blade periodically "catches" on the item being juiced and subsequently hurtles it like a bullet into the plastic cover. At the same time the unit jumps violently, and if not being held down quite forcefully, could dislodge it's cover and allow parts to fly off. All this can also happen unexpectedly after is seems the item has been through the blade, as it can, for a time, lie next to the blade uncut, and then have the violent cutting initiate randomly. I am a woodworker and have shop tools I feel are far safer than this device. In addition this device is large and has many more parts to be cleaned than my previous unit. I sent this item back to Amazon and no longer have any faith in Amazon reviews. This is a dangerous product that should not be marketed to the general public.

This juicer is easy to use, clean and assemble. But for juicing is not the best. I’ve used an other user from Breville at my work where I have to make juices daily for private household and I know everything can be juiced and comes out some kind of juice even if it’s nuts, veggies or fruits and puls comes out pretty dry. This juicer hardly juices out anything from veggies or fruits and spin big parts over to trash can and bits have huge amount of juice/liquids left in them. In my experience it’s unable to juice out spinach and herbs which were be a major part of the drink because of their health benefits. I wanted to like this juicer but I think I rather spend more money on a other juicer than be unhappy with this one. I would not recommend it.

UPDATE... After learning of my disappointment, the seller reached out and wanted to make things right. She offered a replacement or full original refund. I had already purchased a new juicer (from elsewhere) and opted for the refund. Received the refund 2 days later. I’m very grateful. Thank you Julia!! *I was informed unfortunately I received a defective item. ———————————————- Original... I enjoyed this juicer at first, as it is my only one ever purchased. The motor seemed to get slower, bits up celery (that’s the only thing I ever juiced) would shoot out the back of the pulp container and on day 34 (3 days after the return window) it began to leak from the bottom. Ugh! Spent a lot for disappointment. I’m stuck with a juicer that I can’t use. Yay!

I was pleasantly surprised when Julia from KNDirect sent me a message stating that, as a small business owner, she was sorry for the bad experience that I had with this product, and offered both a full refund, and the ability to keep the juicer. This reminded me of the level of service that Nordstrom was once famous for offering. It also reminded me of a lesson taught by Peter F. Drucker (considered the Godfather of business management). Drucker famously opined that all businesses are in one and one only business; creating customers (yes, I'm a nerd when it comes to studying businesses). Any business can sell, any business can compete on pricing, but to truly offer exceptional service, that is what sets businesses apart. Jeff Bezos once wrote in one of Amazon's letter to the shareholders that "it is the company’s goal to make it irresponsible to not be a Prime member". That's a relentless focus on customer service. How often does one walk away from a business transaction thinking "wow, that level of service was exceptional". I have to say that is how Julia and KNDirect left me feeling after reaching out to me. I understand that sellers can't control the quality of an item being sold that was manufactured by another party, but they can control the level of detail that is placed on leaving their customers feeling satisfied; so thank you again Julia and I will happily purchase from your organization in the future. Cheers! Original review: There’s an old saying; get what you pay for! I was very excited to receive this item. I read the reviews and watched a few video reviews on YouTube. Although the reviews were mixed, I’m familiar with the Mueller brand and have always regarded their products as high quality. On top of that, this juicer was on sale so I figured that this was an outstanding deal. Unfortunately this juicer did not live up to the tag lines used in the product description. I’ve tried a few different blends with both hard fruits and softer fruits, and I find that the pulp left behind is wet, which implies that all of the juice from the fruits are not being extracted, and a few of the blends came out like smoothies rather than juice. The juicer is easy to use, easy to clean, but the blending functionality is lacking. Overall I’m not that pleased with my purchase.

Updated review: The crack in the juicer plastic lid continued to grow and is now difficult to close the lid completely. would not recommend this juicer as it seems like a defective lid Like other reviewers I will agree this is a good juicer with some minor flaws. The pulp does not always go into the bin and clumps up in the cracks. The juicer itself is strong and is a snap to clean. I like the suction cup feet to keep it in place. Its one of the easiest to clean juicers Ive owned Also like another reviewer I had a piece of plastic from the lid break off. Nothing happened and I found it in the blade before I juiced again, but a little un-nerving had I not found it in time. Juicer still works fine with this piece broken off. All in all a solid juicer for the price.

I bought this Juicer back in January of 2019 and used it every day until it quit working about a week or so ago for no reason. We were always satisfied with how well it juiced, cleaned up, etc but was disappointed after four months it quit working. It was my fault for not buying the extended warranty but I did write a 2-star review because I thought it shouldn’t only last four months. However, I was contacted after writing the review by Julia because she didn’t want this to be a black eye on her company. Not only did she send me another unit for free, she credited me back 50% off of my initial purchase price. I am floored. I am in Sales and this is way above and beyond normal courtesy for an out of warranty period item. I always liked the Juicer but knowing that it was back up by such a admirable seller makes it that much more enjoyable to have. Thank you Julia Moore for backing up your product and providing me a new replacement.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I have only used this juicer 5 times, it’s assembled well but that’s the only positive. The main reason I do not like this juicer is the fact that I have to use it TWICE for my veggies and fruits to get grinder down. It does not process everything through and you end up with huge chunks in the container. For the amount paid, it should be able to grind everything down to dry not soggy wet. Save your money and do more research. Maybe mine is defective but it’s a definite NO for me.

Today is my 1st day using the juicer. So far, it seems sturdy & strong. It's easy to clean, disassemble & reassemble. I like the suction cups on the bottom to help keep it secured to the counter. My only complaint so far is the juice goes to one side and the scraps on the other but because there's no barrier, a fair amount of the scraps go into the juice and there was a lot of wasted juice in the scraps. Design flaw, not a performance issue, though. **Update: After using my juicer weekly for the last couple of months, I am very pleased with it's performance & quality. It juices efficiently (not leaving much juice in the pulp) as long as I don't force the veggies & fruit through too fast. The seller has been great with communication. I droped my cover/lid a couple of weeks after purchase & they were kind enough to replace it free of charge to me.

The first time I tried to use this I cut up a number of oranges and lemons, removing most of the skins to make juicing easier. It did 3 lemons before jarring and exploding, sending plastic, juice, and pulp all over myself and my kitchen. I've got a number large number of cuts now, none that deep luckily. The plastic lid shattered, the mesh came flying out, and the reservoir flew several feet away. I wanted to like this, especially seeing that it is an Austrian product with good reviews, but I could not be more disappointed if I wanted to be. If you are planning to use this, stock up on anti-bacterial ointment and bandages.

So, this review may be hasty, BUT, i think this device merits one...first, i am a novice juicer...I wanted to get acquainted with it and try when nobody was home to get a feel for it. I like that its not too big, and not as noisy as expected. Very stylish on counter also. It seems very powerful; and i did peel and prep carrots and part of celery before using..I was nervous i may get my finger caught in something since it gobbled down the celery and carrots i put into shute.. Didnt happen.. The comment on one of the threads about using a plastic bag in catching pulp was very helpful, thank you. So, i tried a whole head of celery for juice.- tastes really good to me..but i also like taste of celery..i decided to add a scoop of trader joes super green drink powder to some celery juice. ---wacka?gross, so I added 2 peeled carrots. ( my peeling and prepping may defeat purpose for some, but i will use pulp in soups and such, so i prefer to peel them, and the end trimmings go to compost, so im glad im not being wasteful)..also wanted to add that the pulp parts that were left in bag were totally dry. There wasn't any water which tells me that im getting maximum veggy juice. Thats a plus. The only " meh " thing for me was cleaning juicer which took a wee bit longer than expected. (Whole process on first run took half hour) Based on that, drinking celery juice first thing in morning will not happen, but intend to juice when home and am able to clean. So far, so good. Well, thats all for now. Gd luck !

1. The juicer is quite efficient to extract juice from both vegetables and fruits. Particularly it works well with carrots. It takes a couple of minutes to get a glass of carrot juice. In fact the juicer performs better on hard fruits like carrots than soft food like straw berry. 2. Noise is too loud. it works as if one starts an airplane of WWII. I would not use it before 8:00 am and after 8:00 pm in order not to disturb neighbors. However, for me it is tolerable as long as the machine is efficient. For this reason, I mark this product only four stars. 3. It is relatively easy to clean in comparison with some other blenders, juice extractors, and meat grinders. One can easily disassemble the machine and directly wash every parts stained with food pieces. It is quite easy to either assemble or disassemble the machine. One has no need to deal with very small pieces of parts. Also one does not have to touch any sharp blades. The conclusion is the money you spent on this item deserves. I list the experiment results and the juicer performance on juicing as following: Fruits/vegetables. juicing outcome carrot excellent orange good daikon root excellent cucumber excellent napa cabbage excellent straw berry. fair celery excellent apple. excellent sweet potato. excellent pumpkin good beets excellent tomato good * excellent: the left-over pulp is dry * good: most of the left-over pulp is dry but there are also some incompletely squeezed pieces * fair : one can see many pieces of incompletely squeezed pieces

I bought this juicer several months ago and wanted to wait to review it until ample usage. The juicer itself is excellent the plastic cover chute cracked while washing. I think it had a hairline crack from shipping but after the second hand washing I was rinsing it off with hot water and POW! It cracked. We continue to use as such. However outside of this this machine is high quality, well made and my wife and I use it every morning for our fresh fruit and vegetable juices. I would recommend this juicer just inspect the plastic cover upon arrival. If it's NOT cracked it may last. Hope this helps!

I read a lot of the reviews before purchasing this product and I was of 2 minds but it offered everything I particularly needed for a good price so I went for it. Now I'm really glad I bought it, I haven't had any issues, other than one small one. I do a lot of celery, which is already very fibrous and I happened to leave the leaves on and they clogged it up. It stopped completely but once I let it catch it's breath and cleared out the leaves, it worked perfectly again. The cleaning is way better than I expected, the trick is to rinse immediately. The noise level, also, is not as bad as some people complained about, on the other hand it is a juicer that does heavy duty work.

After several weeks of research, and being new to juicing, I decided on the MUELLER brand MU-100. I considered this to be a “mid-level” juicer based on my own research and other reviews. I found the packaging was frustration free and it was easy to assemble. For the first use, I used the following fruits and vegetables: carrots, apples, lemons, oranges, pineapple and ginger. Initially, the machine seemed “quiet enough” until I got to the apples. They seemed to put more strain on the machine. There was a decent amount of pulp that was still VERY moist. I suppose I could have strained it through some cheesecloth or something, but after all the cleaning, cutting, peeling, I was over it! It’s best to clean up the juicer parts right away. Today, I send the juicer for only the second time and all hell broke lose! I cleaned and prepared the following fruits and veggies: celery, cucumbers, parsley, kale, oranges, apples, pineapple, lemon, ginger and BEETS! Again, The softer fruits and veggies did OK except for the kale. It produces very minimal juice and just kind of tossed the leaves around. I found whole kale leaves in the pulp. Now for the beets! YIKES!!! The beets were peeled and small enough to fit through the shoot. However, the beets sent the juicer into a frenzy! The motor was revving much higher and LOUDER than it does with the softer produce. It started spewing the juice everywhere; it was even coming out of the bottom of the machine! What a mess! It was obvious that beets were more than this machine can handle. And after only 2 uses!! Needless to say, I was so disappointed! I’ve cleaned the thing up and I’m sending it back. Again, the juicer works well with soft fruits and veggies, but I need a machine that can step up to the plate and not crack under pressure.

This product is loud whether it's on low or high setting. I was only using it for celery and then tried carrots, which I sliced in quarters so the motor wouldn't have to work so hard and only put in three at a time. After a few uses with carrots it stopped working. I took every thing apart and washed it hoping maybe it would help to no avail. Got frustrated and ended up throwing the machine away. So not use carrots! After a week or so I received an email from the vendor. They said to make things right they would send me a new one. I'm still waiting. Smh

I had initially made a review upon my juicer breaking not long after I bought it and I just had to share my experience, as it was a wonderful one. Not only did the seller contact me quickly after I expressed my disappointment in the defective unit, but she also sent me a brand new replacement upon telling her about my experience. She was quick to reply and mitigate the situation and I could not be more happy with the customer service I received.

Additionally (for all you juicers our there) the juicer itself has worked very well for me. I like to mostly juice celery and sometimes I’ll throw in extra things such as apple, spinach, kale, etc. and I’ve always gotten a nice amount of juice extracted and little to no pulp or shavings.

I like to mostly juice celery and sometimes I’ll throw in extra things such as apple, spinach, kale, etc. and I’ve always gotten a nice amount of juice extracted and little to no pulp or shavings.

Ordered the first juicer, but did not plug it in as it came out of the box with the housing damaged. User book clearly stated not to plug in and use if juicer appears to have been dropped. Packed and shipped back. Ordered a second. I did put this together and attempted to use. It made horrendous noise and could not even juice an apple. When taking this one apart to wash and put back in box, noticed this one too was damaged, the plastic housing that you push the food into was cracked. This juicer was returned as well. Not ordering a third.

I'm trying to decide whether to return it or if I didn't have something seated right. I received it today and tried making celery juice. I was getting speckled from the sides where the clear plastic was being jostled away from the black plastic. I may return it for another one or something. I'll try one more time and update. *UPDATE* I must not have seated it correctly. I've used it several times since and it's been great. Clean up isn't difficult but not easy either. (First world problem.) Otherwise I really like it.

I bought this juicer to replace another one that I dearly loved but gave away to a friend. I should've gotten the old juicer but decided to try this one out. It's ok but not great. Firstly, the design is a bit flawed and after the third ingredient I noticed that parts of the juice separated from each other and then rinds and juice started to spill all over my counter. At it certain point it begins to shake A LOT and make such loud noises. Technically the juicer works ok for making juice but it make a bit of a mess and gets awfully loud.

It makes very little juice! It just tosses everything into the waste. “Low” setting it still really fast. It would be cheaper to drive to whole foods everyday and get juice there with the amount of produce you’ll waste to try to make a juice, even if Whole Foods isn’t anywhere near you might still be cheaper! I would 100% stay away. Don’t let the price fool you like it did me!

Mueller is know to me by proxy. I bought an insta-ish pot as a gift for Christmas and it seemed to have the design, durability and appeal of more well-known (in the USA) models, so I figured for the price by comparison to other juicers this would be worth a go. Fail. Thirty seconds into the first go and I started smelling ozone--indicative of burning insulation in electrical appliances. Burning it was. It started smoking. I unplugged it, cleaned the washable parts and put it back in the box. I may have drawn a short straw on this particular unit, but interestingly enough, the Breville I bought as its replacement neither smokes or smells like ozone while it's running. Caveat epmtor.

Never owned a juicer because I thought they were too expensive, but I was extremely surprised at what this juicer offers at this price! The column you send the fruit down is wide enough to fit whole medium apples, entire peeled oranges, and whole pears. The prep work is so minimal (fruit dependent, of course). The actual juicing process is a breeze. The centrifuge does a great job of maximizing juice retrieval, leaving the pulp pretty dry. The juicer is easy to clean. The pieces go together and come apart with ease. And if you use a bread bag in the pulp collector, disposal and cleaning is even faster. The juice itself was fresh and frothy, with a collection pitcher that has a lid on it that allows you to pour right into a glass, and will even skim the foam off the top. The user manual was pretty accurate on juice yield. Point blank, this is the perfect juicer for newbies like me, and has blown all my ill pre-conceived juicer assumptions right out the window. Fun to use, easy to clean, and allows me to throw veggies into my kids diets without them knowing.

I really wanted to love this product based on the reviews and price point. But, it's easy to see why it is priced so low. The juicer is not made to last. I've had it just two weeks and already have several issues: 1) Before I used it even once, when assembling the top piece, a chunk of plastic broke off (see picture). The plastic does not seem very durable, and to be honest, I'm concerned that some day, a heavy piece of pulp will come crashing through the plastic. 2) The top "pusher" piece has come apart. I noticed when taking it out of the dishwasher that there was water sloshing around inside of it - which seemed insane. But, although this is advertised as dishwasher-friendly, the seal was very weak, and the top popped right off. This was only the second time this item was put through the dishwasher, and it was placed on the top rack, so it didn't bear the full brunt of the washer jets. 3) While the juicer was running, the power button popped off and flew across the kitchen! I had to crawl under the table to get the knob, because it is impossible to shut off the juicer without the knob. Additionally, although I am not juicing heavy skins/peels (I peel all oranges, lemons, etc., before use), the pulp struggles to make its way from the chute into the waste bin. It makes for a much messier cleanup and seems to clog the chute area. From a positive perspective, all the parts do seem relatively easy to clean. It takes no more than 5 minutes to completely wash each part, including the centrifugal/blade piece. All pieces were put through the dishwasher just twice, so I cannot speak to the durability after several washes. In general, I am disappointed in this product, especially given the fact that most other reviews were quite positive. Perhaps I received a defective unit; but, honestly, it just seems this juicer model is not well constructed.

It was super easy to assemble and clean. But I realize I needed a masticating juicer and this one did exactly what people told me a centrifuge juicer would do. It didn’t do a good job of squeezing all the juice it could out the fruit. Pulp was super wet and it spit out whole chucks of fruit which is a huge waste.

What? LOL! No way! This is not my first juicer, I juice every day and my previous juicer (Jack lalane) broke after like 12 years maybe. I felt like I was fighting a war with this juicer. If you heard crazy noise, it was us. Holy moly. This was down right scary to use.

I highly recommend NOT purchasing this juicer. I bought this to make celery juice every morning and after day two of using it, I just printed the label to return it. I was legitimately waiting for my neighbors to knock on my door to make sure everything was okay because it sounded like I was running over rocks with a lawnmower in my kitchen. The more celery I put in, the more it shook and louder it got. Secondly, it does not juice well. The juice goes to one side and the scraps on the other but because there's no barrier, a lot of the scraps go into the juice and there was a lot of wasted juice in the scraps. I've read everywhere online that it takes about one full bushel of celery to get 16 oz. Yes, the price is nice, but in the long run you're wasting your money from all the extra produce you'll have to buy to get the minimum amount of juice from them.

So I'll start off with the positive...the juicer is beautiful to look at and it is very sturdy/balance while juicing. Clean up was very simple! Parts are easy to remove and put back on. Let me note exactly what was used to juice on both occasions: 2 carrots, 4 apples, 1/4 beet, 1 pear, 1 leaf of kale and a knuckle of ginger. Now the negative...I used the juicer on 2 separate occasions and each time the juicer gave off a burning smell. Like the motor was working over time. It's a 1100 watt juicer, I shouldn't smell anything after only 1-2 uses. If it's doing this after only 2 uses; how long will it last?? I'm not willing to keep it to find out. The last juicer I had was only 800 watts and purred like a kitten for about 6-7 years until it finally gave out. I wish I could find it again. I think I'll have to invest in a Breville. FOLLOW REVIEW: While I'm not changing my original review I did change it from 1 start to 3 because the service from the owner was great! They emailed to extend their apologizes and offered to rectified the problem with a solution that worked best for me. That was worthy of 2 additional stars!!

The juicer can be extremely loud at times. I assemble it the exact same each time but sometimes it sounds like it's a jet engine about to take off. It's a hit or miss. Also, it shoots the fruits through way to quickly, especially the oranges. The pulp is still pretty wet, I don't think they get juiced well. I had contacted the company, without any outcome. They also promised to send a free peeler with a review but I never got that either. A little disappointed... Update: The promised peeler came today, after 1 month, but it came. Thanks, still feel the same about the juicer though.

I absolutely love the juicer! I have a newborn and it's so quiet I can run it while he's sleeping and it won't even wake him up. I also love the suctions on the bottom keeping it from moving all around the counter. It's very easy to clean, pull apart and put back together again! I would highly recommend this juicer to just about anyone. Also, I think the price is very reasonable for the quality of the product.

My wife started a new regiment to become more healthy and her obsession was with the benefits of juicing. I purchased this one based on reviews and the price point. Let’s face it I wasn’t going to spend hundreds for something that may act as a counter weight. I was actually surprised by the packaging and the unit itself. It seemed to be well constructed and not to bulky, very important as this may sit on your counter or cabinet. On my very first attempt to juice the machine performed very well and it did an excellent job as I had a variety of fruits and vegetables to try. I read several opinions when it came to clean up. But I felt that the cleanup was no big issue at all. I used a grocery bag in the catch all container which really left only a few pieces that needed to be cleaned. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend this product to anyone wanting to better their health and try something that could change how they feel inside and out.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. We used it twice to make celery juice the.mn it stopped working. We saw that maybe it wasn’t put together correctly but have tried numerous times and sometimes it starts and sometimes even stops midway in the middle of juicing. Great price but not worth the trouble. I’m returning it and buying a different one.

We just got the juicer and I have used it twice. From what I can tell it seems like a great quality product. It also comes with a 2 year warranty. It juices really well and fast. I bought it to juice celery for a crudo dish I was making and for the price I thought if it could get me through a few recipes that require juice it would have paid for itself. This thing preforms and I can’t see it failing anytime soon. Great product!

This is the 3rd juicer I've owned and it's also the worse of the 3. My juicer just before this was only 13 months old when it stopped working. I really wanted to buy back that one but with a plan this time because I was very satisfied with the performance of that one. Unfortunately it was no longer available on Amazon. So I bought this one. I'm able to get my juice but the pulp is still sappy so I know I'm not getting optimal juice extraction. Also this sputters on hard vegetables and juice flies everywhere from under the bin that collects the pulp. Cleaning the machine itself is not difficult. But it makes quite a mess on the backsplash and on the counter. This is very annoying for me.

I like the smaller profile from my old juicer and the ease of putting in the cutting wheel. It is also more powerful. I love that it has suction cups that work well. I have only made celery juice so far as I just received it. I was not happy with the shipping packaging. They just slapped a label on the box from factory which is obviously not built for shipping. It came broken and torn and partially open. Even the Styrofoam inside was broken. Lucky so far not seeing an effect in using the machine. It was also left so I couldn't open the door. No knock or arrival message.

Well packaged. Solidly made. Cleans up easy. I've shoved whole apples through it and as long as you don't try to choke it, it does very well. Filters good too. I bought it with the intent on making fresh juices, but quickly realized you need a lot more fruit than you'd think. Like a 3lb bag of apples might get you 32oz, and it's not going to keep overnight. You've got to consume what you extract within a few hours. Read the instructions. If this is your first purchase - watch some videos on juicing and stuff before you buy. Otherwise, this is the one to buy.

I still have a juicer I bought 20 years ago but I haven't used it too often because cutting all fruits/vegetables in smaller pieces and cleaning the juicer afterward takes a long time so I rather avoid using it. When I read the technical details of Ultra-Juicer MU-100 and all its reviews I had to order it. It is amazing! The instruction manual is short and very clear and includes useful tips. Thank you Mueller!

I love love this juicer. Not only is it gorgeous, but it was so easy to use and the parts are thoughtfully made. You don’t struggle to get pieces on and off to clean out and it’s compact enough to not take up your whole counter. We are looking forward to all the things we can juice in it, and it’s a great way to sneak in some veggies for our kids.

UPDATE: Right after I posted my original review the company reached out to me. They said no piece of plastic should have broken off and that it must have been a defective product. They offered to replace the entire juicer. This company has amazing customer service and I'll definitely buy from them again.

You probably can't get a better juicer for the price. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because a piece of plastic broke off the lid the second day I used this. Nothing bad happened and it still works perfectly, but had that piece gone into the blade... it would have been bad. Otherwise this is an excellent juicer. It's really easy to use and if you wash the pieces right away clean up is fast. As soon as I'm done juicing I put all the pieces in a dish full of soapy water so nothing gets stuck. Once I have a few minutes to wash, everything comes right off. I also put a plastic bag in the pulp bin to make clean up even easier. The blade is the only tricky part to clean but a really great brush is included in the box so that helps a lot. Overall I'd definitely recommend this juicer if you're looking for a good bang for your buck. I've used it almost every day since I've had it and I have no complaints other than the plastic piece breaking off.

Pulling this thing out of the box and reading the instructions and it is easy to be off and running. Clean up is a breeze and they even include a special brush for specific pieces. It has a very quiet hum to it which is nice compared to the roar of some other juicers I have used. It's not "quiet" but it's a lot quieter that others. It's definitely worth the price!

I'm not a juicing expert, this is my first time using a juicer and it has been awesome. The juicer was easy to assemble, easy to use, easy to clean. We have an apple tree on our property and it was an excellent way to use the apples we made a gallon of apple juice in about 20 minutes and it was free of seeds stems and was really great apple juice. For the price you pay for this juicer it was well worth it. The only complaint I have is that the filter is screwed in, so when it gets full and needs to be cleaned in the middle of juicing it's a little bit of a pain to get it out and clean it. Other than that , it's not a problem.

This juicer is really powerful. It has suction cups to keep it in place . It’s a great feature considering most juicers move all over the place when in use. It has a safety locking mechanism or the machine won’t start. It puts all pulp on the one side ,so that you end up with a refreshing ,homemade juice on the other side. I wish it had the option to keep the pulp if you choose. So I just freeze the pulp and use it for all my baking needs. Great addition for those who like things homemade, so you know all the ingredients put in.

Great basic juicer. Extremely good value for the price. Powerful and can juice root vegetables just fine. If you're concerned with waste I would suggest a different style of juicer like an Omega. High percentage of 'pulp' with plenty of moisture content left in it that makes you feel like you could get more out of it, but again for the price it's great!

I did receive this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

Other than the cleanup this machine is great. It's sleek and beautiful. The kind of appliance you wouldn't mind sitting on your counter. Heck someone might even think you are healthy. It has enough power to work through items with ease. But all the juices get all over it and it becomes a bit of a sticky mess. Not something I see myself using daily but definitely worth having around.
