Used it once already and works great! Nesco has always made a good product. Love the oval shape - somehow makes the food more appetizing. Would have given it 5 stars but the pot got some stain like thing that won't wash off and I did put cooking spray before using. But then, they all do that. Think it is the glaze.

I love love this pot. Although it is only 1.5 qts, it really holds a lot. And best of all it is oval shaped. All of the others of that size were round and I am not a fan of the round ones. Food just fits better in here. For Thanksgiving I am going to use it to keep the gravy warm. Highly recommend.

My proctor silex crockpot recently died (glass cover literally shattered) and I wanted to find something to replace it. It is extremely difficult finding a crockpot that is 1.5 quart and oval shaped which is what I loved about my proctor silex one.
When I came across this one, I read the reviews and it seemed like it was a good one, so I gave it a try.
I am very happy I did. So far, it has worked great and works really well on either high or low settings. I haven't really tried the "auto" setting but I don't know how much I would really use that. I love how it heats things up really well but doesn't seem to overheat as my proctor silex one did. I also love how you can remove the crock and lid and throw them in the dishwasher which makes clean up a breeze.
All in all, I am really loving this crockpot. Hopefully it will last for a really long time!!

This absolutely darling red metallic 1.5 little crock pot is just so cute that I had to get it when I was looking for a replacement when my other one got broken. Also I love Nesco products and the oval shape is perfect for actually cooking a meatloaf or small roast etc. The round ones are good for appetizers only. I will use this more at home now instead of strictly taking it out with cheese dip. Did I mention how cute it is?
