We got our espresso as a gift and it is absolutely delicious! I really love it because not only is the coffee delicious but the machine foams your coffee for you too! They also give you a recyclable bag too yo recycle all the coffee pods!

The package came torn but due to proper packing my new coffee maker was not hurt. I am enjoying all the different coffees as I stay safe at home.

This is the BEST coffee pot I have ever owned. Has 5 cup sizes, uses 3 different sizes of capsules. Alto. Espresso,Double Espresso and Gran Lungo you can make it all. The machine itself is compact and doesn't take up much counter space, the design looks very attractive and modern. The water reservoir is easy to fill and large enough that you don't need to be constantly refilling it. The pods are very cool with a built-in barcode that tells the machine how to prepare the shot of espresso or coffee. I do wish the pods were more common and discounted in stores. The espresso shots produced by the machine are very good for a pod or capsule style shot. The crema was rich and the espresso itself was strong and flavorful. No problems with watered down coffee like you often get form other pod machines. Having different sized pods for different drinks does require you to keep variety of them on hand if you drink different styles of drinks. The convenience and easy preparation and cleanup of this machine is wonderful, I don't need to clean out portafilters and coffee grounds that get everywhere. My husband is a big coffee drinker so I thought I would mix things up a bit with the Vertuo. First of all, the machine itself is sleek and fit in well in our modern kitchen. Secondly, the pods we got were beautiful so that really added to the overall experience. Third and most importantly, the coffee itself was great. Bold, foamy and delicious. It does not come out piping hot every time but it is drinkable right away. We were pleasantly surprised by how it made a morning cup feel a little more luxurious each time! This is my very first experience Nespresso brand coffee machine and I am quite impressed.I liked how compact and light weight it is ,yet does the great job of making delicious and creamy coffee. The bundle comes with the following: Removable water tank, capsule dispenser Aeroccino 3 -milk frother Assorted coffee capsules in box Specifications: The VertuoPlus has the latest offering that makes five cup sizes: espresso (1.35 oz.), double espresso (2.7 oz.), gran lungo (5 oz.), coffee (8 oz.) and alto (14 oz.). VertuoPlus brews each cup size using Centrifusion technology, reading the barcode on each capsule. The coffee capsules that come with the bundle is quite helping and gets you starting with the machine as soon as you set it up. The assembly is very easy, so as operating it. However I did watch YouTube video to make sure to understand how to operate it properly since its my first Nespresso machine. The Aeroccino3 milk frother can make hot and cold milk froth for drinks like cappuccino, flat white and latte. The capsules represent different cup sizes and different brewing style, so choose what you want to drink. The machine is easy to maneuver ,just slightly press to let the lever open, insert the capsule and close it. The coffee that comes out is so frothy and flavorful, I have not seen anything like this before. The aeroccino further elevates the latte drinks. So far I have not experienced any issues and its working smoothly. This does not take much space in the counter and quite light weight too. This is a whole new level of coffee making at home! Just put in a capsule and the machine knows itself how much water is needed and how to prepare the best coffee shot! Great variety of coffee and a great sample kit came included! Frother for the latte is great and it is a separate device, so works completely indepent from the coffee machine. I've tested it with all kinds of milk (regular, low fat, soy milk, almond milk, etc) and each time I got a reach foam, so it's great! In general it's a great coffee machine you want to use over and over again! Probably the best experience I got with any kitchen appliances for a long time! Feels like future! I am extremely pleased with my VertuoPlus! Not only does this give my kitchen a sleek and stylish vibe, it also provides a great cup of coffee every single time. Each cup taste so creamy and smooth, effortlessly. I love the simplicity of the design, it is to the point and easy to use. The capsule catcher, in the back is a new found favorite. We’ve used nespresso before and love it. These new capsules and flavors keep getting better! My husband and I both use the light roasts and do a small shots, but pour it into our 12oz travel mugs and add non fat milk. It makes the perfect Americano for on the go. The adjustable cup rack makes it easy to brew directly into the travel mug. Sleek, modern, brews great, easy clean up, even easier set up, what’s not to love?
