It came with damaged packaging and when I checked the ninja extractor blade was missing. It could have fallen out from the damaged area or deliberately stolen which clearly implies bad service from Walmart for selling damaged/salvaged goods for the price of new.

Great blender for the price. I got it on sale and I know its not the best, but I have tried the different iQ and it performs amazing. Puree, and ice shavings are amazing. I would only say it is pretty loud, so be ready for that, but it's not like you are going to have it on for 1 hour so I think its doable to get great results. I know its not a vitamix, but its also not 350$ so as long as it lasts me 3 to 5 years I think I will be happy with it.

Our son moved and left his Ninja at our house and said we could use it while he was gone. My husband loved it so much, that when our son asked for his back, we sent him his and bought a new one. Great product !!

I bought this because I needed an upgrade from the nutribullett I had for 4 years. This appliance is unmatched. It is superior in it's performance than any other blender out there. Love the design, I love the turn dial and the different modes.
