I have been using my brew system for individual cups, carafes, ice tea an ice coffee. I love the milk frother. i got the ice tea pitcher as well

When I decided I would treat myself to a new coffee maker, I justified paying more (than I had in the past) since it was an item I would use daily if not multiple times a day. At first, I thought all of the features were more than I needed. Over the course of 2 weekends, I read hundreds of reviews of all brands and varieties. At the end, I chose the Nina Hot and Cold Brewed System and it's met all of my expectations and more. I love hot and cold coffee and my husband loves iced tea. I didn't expect to use all the functions, but have and simply love it. I am so happy with this purchase and will recommend it to anyone! I also have it on a sliding try so i can slide in and out from under the cabinet when in use. It's perfect!

I have had my new Ninja Hot and Cold Brew system for about one month. My husband and I love the taste of the coffee and can't wait to drink our first cup everyday. The cold brew coffee is wonderful too. I highly recommend this coffee maker. I read the reviews before I made the purchase and some said it leaks. My coffee maker works perfectly without any issues.

We bought this a couple months ago. I googled the problem of water leaking all over the counter and saw hundreds of others with the same issue. The problem is that the rubber gasket on the machine (see picture #1) sits too low for the water carafe to connect properly and creates a gap where water will escape. One user's solution was to use a garden-hose-gasket (green in the enclosed picture #2) around the nozzle on the bottom of the carafe. We'll see how well this works. It amazes me that R&D and QA didn't put enough effort into finding this issue that has happened to many people. How about fixing it and giving us a replacement coffee maker that doesn't leak?! This product is way too expensive to have a simple problem such as this and then to tell users to just re-seat the carafe, or make sure you're not overfilling it. Ninja needs to take this issue more seriously.

This brew system is excellent. We have only used it for coffee but it has tea making capabilities also. It uses less coffee than our old coffee maker and produces a rich, flavorful coffee. We have had it for 4 months now and love it. We use the automatic timer and wake to fresh brewed java every morning. The thermal carafe keeps the coffee warm and the best part is the frother. Heat up some milk in the microwave and froth it before adding your coffee- soooo good! For extra good coffee, add a piece of a dark chocolate square to the milk, warm it in the microwave, froth and have an excellent chocolate latte.

I bought this several months ago and love it! Makes great basic coffee, tea or any cold or more complicated drink you wish. My only dislike is that the stainless steal carafe has a brew threw lid ... that let's heat escape after it's done brewing. It does stay reasonable hot ... wish it had a solid lid as an accessory so I could keep my coffee hot for more than a few hours. Otherwise it's a fantastic product.

I have had this product for about 3 months now. I love almost everything about it. I love the brew features for both coffee and tea, I love how easy it is to clean, I love how quickly it brews coffee. It's so neat how it detects coffee vs tea. The only thing I wish it had was a warmer to keep my pot of coffee warm. I like to make one pot of coffee to last a good 6-8 hours, but after about 3, it's just warm instead of hot. If I had the carafe warmer, I wouldn't have to dump out a 1/2 pot each day and start over.

I had a later model that died a little after a year. I was very sad because they are not cheap, and I've had Mr Coffees that have lasted me years. But I enjoy the flavor of the coffee that it brews so much that I decided to give it another chance. Couldn't be happier. I live the tea functions, and most of all, I live the cold brew! I used the over ice function on my old machine occasionally, but the cold brew function is just plain superior. The design of the filter cup area is also better. Easy to clean, and doesn't fall out when you lift up the carafe like could happen in the previous model. And lastly, the foamer. I've the foamer at my in-laws house and I've used my sister's before, but they were so sub-par I was never interested in getting on myself. The one attached to the machine is AMAZING! I use heavy cream and create a thick thick foam/whip to on top of my coffee. I also like to add a little sweetener to it sometimes. It's delicious and so powerful. I brag about this bad boy to everyone I know, and would definitely buy it again in a heart beat.

We have been using the coffee bar for nearly four months now, and absolutely love it! It consistently makes the best coffee and tea, which I think is partly due to the high temperature water it creates. Use is very intuitive, and we use it for all different kinds of coffee and tea drinks. By far, this has become my favorite kitchen appliance! Cons - I wish the tea filter was more like the coffee filter.
