I do not like this blender and still can't figure out how to use it correctly. Honestly, I won't buy again. Nutribullet is so much better than this. My Nutribullet started leaking so we started using the Nutri ninja, but no way, I do not like it.

Very disappointed with Ninja. Bought it last year and i use it sparingly (maybe once a week for smoothies) But it has started giving a burning smell like that of rubber burning. Its an expensive blender to start giving problems so soon. Called up Ninja and they are unwilling to consider since they say the warranty was just for a year. I am about a month late. I was expecting a better product and customer service when i settled with Ninja brand. I think my Black Decker was much better. Highly disappointed.

This blender is super powerful ! No problem blending ice or anything else. E-Z cleaning and looks good on my counter . Walmart had a great price and had it shipped to my home for free!

Husband wanted crushed, shaved ice. This actually makes the ice fluffy if desired. Have tried other shaved ice products, this is the first one he was happy with.
