I really like how the food comes out and the ease of using it. It took me awhile to figure out how to NOT touch the release button as I pulled it out as it is on the handle. I have a plate right next to the machine and take the food out before removing the whole unit. The food comes out better than I expected. I have only done french fries, shrimp and hamburgers. It is great for just the two of us.

I purchased this product about a year and a half ago. After using it only a handful of times (and taking excellent care of it), the fry basket began to rust. I called customer service and was told that the finish is not under warranty and the best they can do is replace the Fry pan basket, not including the net, and charge $11 for shipping. I will never buy this product again or anything made by this company as they do not stand behind their products and their customer service is pathetic.

I have only used it on frozen French fries they are great nice and crunchy the only con is that it takes up a lot of room it is larger than I was expecting [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Love it. I use it almost every day for entrees or sides. It is also quick for snack foods on race days. Most of all I love the easy clean up! No grease spatter everywhere. Oh, it is also much healthier for your diet.
The only caution I would offer is some foods, especially frozen iterms, tend to get overdone using the suggested cook times & temperatures so, keep an eye on them the first few times you make them.

So far I love my new air fryer. I have only had it a few days but tried several things in it.
They have cooked just as claimed. It is easy to use but I wish the manual was a little more clear on instruction and more recipes.
