I bought this in December of 2018 and was very happy until recently when I brewed a pot of coffee and noticed plastic pieces in my cup, when I opened the machine I found the top assembly has cracked and the pieced came tumbling out, I purchased this with a 2 year extended warranty, and yet I am still expected to pay shipping on what is clearly a defective part.

It's an amazing coffee maker. We absolutely love this thing beyond words. Love that it does a big pot or that it can do a cup as well as tea it is a godsend. Never have I been happier. This little machine is pretty slick! It's way better than I expected, it can do so much!!! I am not a coffee drinker, so you probably think I'm crazy for picking this up, but I always want to have coffee on hand for guests so I keep a coffee maker around. This one intrigued me because I am a hot tea drinker, every day, and we like cider, cocoa etc so I liked the idea of all of these things being simple. Let's start off with the look. This is very pretty as far as kitchen appliances go, and it's fairly small. I don't think it takes up too much counter space and it looks nice. The versatility is amazing. I can make a pot of coffee, half a pot, 8oz mug or 12 oz mug all at the touch of a couple buttons. Just need hot water (like I do for tea)...simple! I have all of those same options available. I cam a half carafe of hot water for my tea and have found that it makes 2 nice sized mugs. Now I pop my tea bags into the carafe before brewing and I've got my tea piping hot and easy breezy! No hot water sitting in my mug cooling off while my tea brews. I love the fact that I can buy k cups to keep for guests coffee or the fun cider, hot chocolate etc. BUT I can also use regular coffee grounds to “make” a k cup! What?!! Talk about saving money! I love this thing and even as a non coffee drinker am so excited to use it and have already found so many uses. If you want me to get nit picky here are a few things- I find that when you are making coffee the lid to the filter doesn't seem to want to just stay open on its own. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying as you are scooping coffee grounds into it. The water tank is attached on the side and it is very slim, I find it a little awkward to fill with water while attached (although this is how I've been mostly doing it awkward and all). The water tank is removable and you can totally fill it up that way as well. Oh! A few things I forgot- the carafe doesn't get hot!! The pot itself is double walled and it does not get hot to the touch, huge plus with little hands running around my house. Even though the pot doesn't get hot, the contents inside are piping hot and stay that way! You do also have different temperature settings you can choose. Also you don't have to buy traditional coffee filters. This one comes with a mesh one that is dishwasher safe!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This is by far the best coffee maker I have ever owned. I love that I can choose to brew different sizes, like a full/ half Carafe or 12/8 Oz cups. I don't like my coffee screaming hot but my husband does so having the ability to brew at a lower temp is amazing too. Love this coffee pot because it can be used with the single-use pods or to brew a whole pot. It is easy to use and you can choose the strength of the coffee, the temperature, and the size of the cup. The Nuwave BruHub with stainless steel carafe is a super convenient coffee maker that is not only easy to use but lets you customize coffee to your preferences! You can choose between an 8oz. or 12oz. cup size, or if you are a coffee lover like me, or like to share a cup of coffee, you can also choose to brew a full or half carafe. The BruHub includes charcoal water filters for the large capacity water reservoir so you can be certain the water is always fresh tasting and free from any chlorine. The platform for the cup is height adjustable which lets you put a smaller cup up higher in order to avoid splashes and to minimize temperature loss of the coffee or hot water before it reaches the cup. The machine also lets you choose the perfect water temperature, even though selecting your preferred brew style (size and strength) already has preset temperatures that work just fine for me, so I haven't changed these settings. I love that the BruHub heats the water very quickly and is done brewing a whole carafe in just about 6 minutes. The brewing process is very quiet and a single loud beep lets me know when the coffee is done, which is another convenient and useful feature that I really like. Straight out of the box this coffee maker with all the parts and the many settings on the machine look a little bit complicated but just read through the instruction booklet for a quick guide through the setup process and you are good to go! It's written well and very easy to understand, including all important details and information needed. I loveee this coffee maker so far. I honestly wasnt sure what to expect from the brand and was kind of hesitant, but I am pleased to say I love it! The coffee can either be brewed in the carafe or straight to your mug at 8 or 12 oz. It's easy to fill the water tank and easy to "put together" I think it honestly is my new favorite coffee maker! The options it has are easy to read and self explanatory so it's not complicated to Brew your cup in the morning! We have been needing to upgrade our regular brew coffee maker for some time now and this 3 in 1 was a huge upgrade. So many features for all your coffee and tea needs. You can brew a sing cup, k cups, regular pot, or just have your hot water for tea or hot chocolate. Several different brew settings according to how bold you like your coffee. Temperature adjustment is a plus with 3 different temp settings. No more warming in the microwave or having to add ice to cool it down, brew a fresh cup of coffee each time. The water tank is equipped with a charcoal filter which filters the water and eliminates metallic taste. I have never had a cup of coffee taste this good. I absolutely LOVE this coffee maker. My only regret is that I did not try it sooner. I was a little worried I would be overwhelmed with all of the different pieces and different capabilities of this machine, but a simple read through of the very understandable directions gave me all the insight that I needed. Each piece is described thouroughly and the entire machine, including all of it's parts, is very user friendly. I absolutely love that you can do smaller cups, an entire carafe or even pods. My favorite thus far has been making single cups with pumpkin spice grounds. I also love that hot water is an option, as it will come in handy when I need hot water for tea but do not have time to stand at the stove. I am extremely pleased with how quickly this machine brews coffee, regardless of the amount requested. It brews super quickly, and the carafe is built to keep your beverage warm and absolutely does just that. I am super happy with how the water tank is completely clear which allows me to easily see the amount of water I am adding as well as if any is left over. The entire machine is very easy to clean and extremely easy to use. I have not come across any issues whatsoever and expect to use this machine daily for many more days to come.
