did not work right out of the box. one side burns and the other barely toasts

Works nice. Toast comes out evenly brown and adjustments are available on the end. Would recommend.

I received the Oster 2-Slice Toaster, White and love everything about it. the extra wide bread slots are nice and roomy which allows for a variety of types of bread to easily be toasted and a lighter/darker knob that has a cancel button in the middle which will pop your food right up. Also, it has a Bagel button and Frozen button to allow for perfect toasting of other options and for defrosting. When you push either the bagel or Frozen button it lights up which I like also. I wasn't expecting this toaster to be so nice!! I took it out of the box and instantly noticed the buttons. I've never had a toaster with that before. One is for bagels and the other is for frozen items. I put my bread in and push the handle down. I put it on the setting I want my toast to come out to. If I see it's getting dark I can just push the cancel button and it automatically stops it. The toast comes out great and is very fast to get done. After I made my toast I turned the toaster over to get the crumbs out and there was nothing. I was like ok this can't be good. I didn't want to have to turn it over to get the crumbs out. I kept checking because I was in disbelief that there wasn't a little door. Well sure enough I look on the side and there is the pull out drawer!! You don't have to turn your toaster over to get the crumbs out!! You pull the drawer completely out and clean the crumbs and put it right back. This is the best toaster I have ever had. I haven't owned a toaster in years and I am glad I have this Oster Toaster. I love the features, 7 settings, a bagel setting and a frozen setting. I love the removable crumb tray, the old toasters never had that. It has perfect wide openings for so your bagels and perfect for those frozen breakfast items. This toaster is great quality. Its made with wide slides so any kind of bread or product I want to toast fits perfectly. I like the chic and sophisticated look. Its efficient and effective. Well it was time to change out my old toaster, after having that toaster for 6 years I was unaware of new features that toasters now come with. If I were to try to stick anything frozen in my old toaster, it would be a disaster. I love the fact I can put thicker items in unlike my old toaster that i could only toast bread. Bagels fit in perfect. Toasting time is easy to read. The fact is has a cancel button is great! No more unplugging the old toaster, in hopes you can get the toast out before it gets to dark. I am in love with the fact that if my bagel is frozen thats not a problem. Cleaning this toaster is no problem as well. Easy wipe down surface too! Toaster that did not take up a lot of space, and also looked cute too. Not only does this toaster not take up a lot of space it looks good too, it works good too. I absolutely love this toaster. It's more compact then the one I originally had so it frees up space on my counter but still big enough to toast bagels and more. The buttons are user friendly and has an added feature for bagels or frozen items with an easy to push cancel button to stop toasting when needed. The best part is the removable drip tray that catches all the crumbs. I can easily remove the tray, dump the crumbs and wipe it down without having to carry the toaster to the trash. I had been looking to upgrade my old toaster because I couldn't toast my bagels in it, the slots weren't wide enough but the Oster - Oster 2-Slice Toaster, not only has wide slots that are perfect for toasting my bagels but it also has a feature to toast them if they are frozen.
