This is a really great addition to my kitchen. The chopper is the right size to chop up a large onion or two zucchini at one time. This has really been helpful with chopping vegetables small enough to slip them in my six year olds foods like spaghetti. This comes with a blade and whisk attachment. It also comes with a spatula that fits perfect and makes it easy to remove whatever you chopped. The lid is sorta tricky to get on however it gets easy after you get used to it. It is very easy to clean and has a place in the bottom to store the cord. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I made so many things with this. I made a homemade salsa that was a huge hit with my kids and husband. I really suggest this machine and to top it off the container is massive. I have always wanted a food chopper. But I never had the extra money to get one so I decided the small one is the perfect one to start with. It is actually very easy to use and I love the fact that it will not turn on until you have the base and the lid locked into the right position. I have a family member that lives with me that has trouble eating certain foods because of teeth issues so if they are able to eat carrots or anything it has to be chopped very small. Dicing a lot of vegetables is very time consuming. It would have taken me probably 15 to 20 minutes to do this and if you see the pictures below that to all of 30 seconds . It's amazing. It's easy to clean and if you do use it on something like beets or carrots you need to wash it immediately with hot and soapy water or it will stain your device. Cabinet space in our kitchen is a premium so I'm so glad this product isn't big and bulky like a full size food processor. We made salsa recently and it was actually fun to do! We tossed in half a dozen eggs and quickly scrambled them to speeds things up cooking breakfast for the family as well. ;-)
The lid and bowl came apart quite easily and were easy to toss in the top rack of the dishwasher. If you plan on using this in a large commercial kitchen or for heavy duty use this is the wrong product for you. Light duty use is what it's best at with only two speeds of high or low.

Doesn't chop as well as my last one (which was less expensive). Lid requires a little force to get it to snap in locking position and will not run if not completely locked in position. Shop around there are better performing choppers available.
