Hole blew out in cup some how splattered blueberry smoothie all over kitchen seal cut in half during the process no clue how this even happened had no issues the other 3 times I used it. Need a refund but no longer have the box!!!!so dissatisfied with this blender especially cause I wanted a month to get a new one !Don't even want to give it a star at all!

I bought this 6 months ago and it was great until it wasn't - this morning. I use it every morning to make my protein shake with 5 frozen strawberries, a few ice chips, one cup of water and a scoop of protein powder. This morning the motor just quit a few seconds into blending. I bought Oster because I had an Oster blender from 17 years ago that worked great but I wanted something just for my smoothie each morning. What a waste of money!
