Love the retro style, stainless finish and wide slots for just about any kind of bread. Has helpful lift element should bread get stuck or is shorter than depth of slot.

After ordering my toaster online and going without my morning toast for about 5 days, I was excited to to be able once again enjoy breakfast. I was appauled however, when I opened the box, unwrapped the packing materials and pulled out the toaster to find a big chunk of crust hanging out of the toaster! I continued to unwrap it and found many more crumbs in the bottom of the toaster and plastic it was wrapped in. There were also fingerprints all over it too.

I have been very pleased with this toaster and its features. The temperature settings are consistent! The frozen button thaws and warms frozen waffles without toasting them. The bagel button turns off one side of each slot to only toast the cut side of the bagel. I like the retractable cord and the removable crum trays. The only drawbacks I find are that artisian breads barely fit in the slots. Making the toaster even an eighth of an inch bigger would allow this bread to slide in easier. I also fear that the retractable cord will be the first thing to quit working.

This beautifully designed toaster is very convenient for families with and without children. Morning routine has gotten quicker after this toaster was received. Love the individual dials that control either side and the chrome finish fits beautifully into the kitchen theme. Easy to clean and storing is even more convenient due to the retracting cord feature. I received this toaster as a product to review. I opened the box and seen the toaster and immediately knew I would love it because of many of the designs and features. The number one thing I loved is that it has a retractable cord on it, so you don't have to have cords on your counter when not in use. I loved that it was a 4-slice toaster as it would toast more food faster than a 2-slice. I like that it has the turn dial settings and also three other options to use such as the frozen, bagel, and reheat option to use also. I would recommend purchasing this toaster as we have been super grateful to get to test it out. I even already gave our old toaster away. Overall this toaster is a win for our household. I received this toaster to review. It came at a good time. My extended family was visiting for the week and we love to do big breakfasts together. Everyone's needs were met, from bagels to toast to the emergency frozen loaf in the freezer. The sleek stainless steel looks really nice on our countertop. It is rather large, so consider this if you have a smaller kitchen counter area. Toasts evenly and has a variety of settings. Thanks for the great product. This toaster was a wonderful addition to our kitchen. It's sleek and modern look really compliments our other appliances and the hide-away cord really cleans up the tangled mess that you usually get having a few different appliances on the counter. The toaster itself does a great job of toasting evenly and can handle multiple slices at a time. It did great with toast, bagels, and anything else we could throw at it. This small but mighty toaster has a simple style that is both attractive and user- friendly. I received this toaster free in exchange for an unbiased review.
With extra large slots perfect for bagels and thick breads, a fast toast time, easy to understand knobs and settings, a lever to rise the hot food out of the appliance, and a retractable cord, this toaster provides everything you could need to use this on a day to day basis. The stainless steel and black is attractive looking, the crumb tray is easy to clean, and the appliance itself is lightweight and not clunky or oversized. I thought this toaster was fantastic! I love the stainless steel look as it goes with my other appliances! The toaster has wide openings for bagels and Texas size toast, which is definitely a plus! It also has different toasting options if you like you toast/bagel done more than usual. I love the fact that this toaster has a retractable cord as well. You don't have to worry about a twist tie to tie up the cord every time. This is definitely a small appliance that will hold up to a little abuse. Great product!
