This toaster looks great on your counter top. It doesn't get hot to the touch like alot of others. I have to say my favorite thing about this Oster toaster is it has a toast function, frozen function, bagel and warm function which makes toasting all kinds of things super fast and easy. The area where the slices go can fit the thickest if bagels or thinnest of breads. Definitely a great toaster. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This Oster 2 slice toaster is exactly what I've been wanting. It's very easy to use and has a button for what you need, just press the button, pop it down and get ready for some perfectly toasted yumminess! My sourdough bread toasted perfectly as well as my bagel. I keep it set at 5, that seems to toast it perfectly! It's easy to clean, the tray slides right out from underneath to empty crumbs. And I can wipe it down easily. I would definitely recommend the Oster 2 slice toaster! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I love the Oster 2-slice toaster. Because now I can toast english muffins and bagels without turning on my oven in this humid weather in Buffalo, NY. I also, enjoy thicker pieces of bread at times. So to have an appliance that can hold my items to eat without having to force them in is great to me. I can even control how light, medium or dark that I want my food to be. and plus I don't have to wait a long time for my food to be ready. Awesome features this toaster is way better than my old one! The bread comes out good, evenly toasted on both sides every time! It also works very good on frozen waffles. The removable crumbs tray is very convenient easy to remove and easy to clean. I highly recommend this toaster and I'm very pleased with it's performance and quality. I had always had an Oster Blender & it NEVER failed to perform so when it finally breathed it's last I knew that I would absolutely purchase another Oster. Same with our toaster. I purchased this toaster & while we do not use a toaster often, it is nice to have one when you do. That is unless it is THIS toaster. I purchased this toaster a few years ago & have been VERY disappointed in it. It takes forever to toast anything due to the fact that the little heating elements can't decide if they want to work or not. As I said, we do not use the toaster very often & with it not working even less & it just keeps disappointing. Tonight one of our boys tried to toast a waffle & this is the result. How does this even happen? I am sad to say that I will not be purchasing another Oster toaster. The quality & durability I had always depended on is no longer there.

I have had this toaster for a few weeks. I can’t believe how much better it is than my old toaster. it toasts the bread perfectly on both sides every time. I received this awesome little red toaster about 3 weeks ago and I am so happy with it. Not only can you do toast, but also it has wide enough opening for bagels, you can even do frozen items such as, waffles. I like the buttons on the side where it has the 4 choices to pick from and the dial lets you set it to how brown you like your item. It also has an button that allows early pop up or release if you want to check see how your item is looking. This is a great toaster, easy clean up, it has a removeable tray that slides out so you can empty the bread crumbs. I keep this handy and on my counter and I like how its so easy that my 5 year old can operate it and help with breakfast. If you are looking for a great toaster that can do other items, look no further. I recommend this toaster for all your breakfast needs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Initially I was giving this toaster a failing grade having used it 4 times with very uneven results. However it now seems to be functioning more like the reviews indicated giving a much more even browning of the bread. Have only had it a short time so I haven't tried out all possible settings yet. So far much improved from the first few runs

This toaster has done its job so far. We only make toast so I can't attest for bagels. We have also made some toaster strudels and they came out ok. As with any new toaster you will have to decide which setting fits your preference. The lever on the side does push up a little extra for toast retrieval so you don't usually need toast tongs. The color is a true purple and looks cool. Do not put toast in the toaster for the first time you turn it on. There will be a brief period of smell and burn off of whatever coating is on the metal. The smell does go away and it makes great toast.
