This beautiful machine is working great. Easy to use, great instruction book, lots of room for 13 x 9 dish, and wattage for speedier cooking. Even my granddaughter (14) says she will clean it cause she loves it so much. It's design is sleek and adds beauty to my kitchen.

Cooks great, but height inside lacks. Our previous Panasonic was stated to have a shorter height than this one, but found this model's turntable sticks up higher making the effective height shorter. Just high enough for most need though.

After returning three previous attempts at a new microwave, (different brands) we finally found this one to work. It has a large interior with the 1.6 cu.ft. It doesn't heat things as quickly as I would have expected with the 1250 watt rating but it gets the job done. It runs quiet and is fairly easy to operate. We like the "Quick 30" feature as well as the +10/-10 second button. Over all we are pleased with this purchase.

I had the 2.2 cu. Ft. and I love how it worked, but first the door hooks broke, and then it just stopped working. I replaced it with this, the same one but only smaller and will be gentle with it, hope it doesn't break.

Can't believe how fast this microwave works. Things I used to heat for 3 minutes take half that time. Easy to use, no complaints.

Just received this unit today and it lasted 10 seconds. Literally, 10 seconds. I microwaved 2 tablespoons of cold butter in a glass dish, covered by a paper towel, and set it for 10 seconds on 10% power. Within 3 seconds, the butter started popping like crazy and was completely melted in 10 seconds - the power levels didn't work because 10 seconds on 10% power should have barely softened the butter. I tried to set the kitchen timer to 2 minutes but while pressing buttons, the display went off. Checked the circuit breaker, no problems. Checked the cord, still plugged in. Yep, the unit died after 10 seconds of use. Returned it to Walmart and bought a different microwave by another manufacturer.

This is my second Panasonic microwave, I loved my first one and so far love my second one. It is very good for defrosting meats, which I do almost everyday because I always forget to defrost meat for dinner early in the day.

This microwave has many settings and it takes a lot of reading and figuring out what setting is for what. When used just for warming a cup of coffee, my previous Panasonic microwave (the one I am replacing) warmed a cup to "hot" cup of coffee at 1.10 setting. This microwave on a 1.2 minute setting only warms the coffee to drinkable warmth, not hot. I am disappointed. I have not tried any of the featured buttons because I just got the microwave yesterday. It will be interesting to have to re-learn all my cooking methods on this new Panasonic. My old Panasonic microwave lasted 20 years through four children and two adults. That's the reason I purchased another Panasonic. Let's hope this one lasts as long.
