Great grill. Perfect for kitchen counter and can cook anything on it. Highly recommend. Grill marks and all. Very little smoke. The cord is not too long is my only suggestion to improve. Super easy to clean! Best Price I have aeen is at Walmart.com

I use this product almost everyday. Chicken, Tri tip, and Hamburgers cook perfectly on this. The top part of the grill and residue catcher on the botttom both come off and can be put into the dishwasher for a quick clean. Highly recommended product.

I got this as a Christmas gift and i love it!!! I love to grill, however I do not like going out in the bitter winter. So this indoor smokeless grill keeps me grilling while I stay warm. It grills my food as I want it too. It doesn't have the charcoal grill flavor, but it has that grill look and drips the fat into its easy and cool to touch drip pan. Space is limited on the surface but I'm a family of 3 so its perfect for me..

Grill is relatively small, good for one or two portions at a time. Grilling any meats or vegetables does produce smoke from the food itself, there's no way around it. However this grill keeps the grease pan relatively cold so it does not keep on searing the oils and grease on the tray. The heating elements are recessed on the sides and covered by a glass. A steak takes about 18 minutes (thick cut, medium temperature). Heat seems consistent around the edges. Vegetables produce almost no smoke, a lean beef cut produces some smoke and a sausage would produce a bit more smoke. However it is actually a lot less smoke than cooking a beef on the stove. Cleaning is relatively quick. The grill top is solid aluminum (coated black) and the grease pan is deep enough to handle with ease. It slides to one side. The side panels are not removable, so it's impossible to keep perfectly clean, but it's simple to clean well enough so it doesn't grease up with moist paper towels. The grill and pans are dishwasher safe, but it's simpler to just rinse them with dish soap and hot water. It would've been better if the  inside walls of the grill were removable. It comes with simple instructions and a recipe book. The only control on the switch is off/warming/on.   So it's simple to use, lightweight, doesn't produce a lot of smoke, cooks consistently and is easy to clean most of it.

Forget the grill pans, spattering and smoke! This indoor grill is so easy to use and with great results! The minor downside is the cleaning afterwards. Nothing more than what it would take to wash a pan as far as time. Job much, much easier if you purchase a glass scraper. They are just a few dollars at a hardware type store and will easily take off cooked on grease that ends up on the glass that covers the infrared lights. You will love using this grill when you can't use your outdoor grill. Check dimensions so you can be sure to have space to store.

For larger meat with more fat I move it to the garage just to keep what little smoke there is out of the kitchen. It is easy to clean. The grill is "no-stick" and the removable fat tray catches almost all of the fat released while cooking. It will not replace the charcoal grill--just makes smaller grilling chores much easier.
