heat only come from top so bottom of pizza never gets cooked enough, having to flip everything is usual... but you can not flip a pizza.

Price was excellent. Unit looked brand new. Can't tell its a refurbished unit at all. I took 1 star off cause the wire trays are a pain to clean if you don't have a dish washer and have to do them by hand. Solid no stick trays with slots cut in would be better. Also the unit is a bit loud and the the sound of the fan rises and falls as its cooking but so much to prevent using.

Perfect size for my cabin. Very satisfied.

I use my Air Fryer to cook my meats and Veggies, there is no greasy taste, very healthy.

I order two of these the one looks brand new the other one has a huge crack in the back, ive made several attempts to contact nobody lower so if they resolve this issue for me , ill let use no and update my review, im really upset about this though now going to have to wait God knows how long for a new one because I got sent a broken one

Been using this fryer for most everything .. I even do Hungry man tv dinners .. seen where review someone saying everything is sticking to their racks . Before i used mine I seasoned it with coconut oil.. Nothing sticks but I am finding inside is not to Durable .. no matter how careful I am i am getting scratch marks .. the drip pan and right by glass door . So upset .. Folks treat the racks with coconut oil .. wash racks with warm soapy water .. let them dry .. if your oil is hard .. melt in microwave .. I used my fingers and had the tacks in sink and rubbed the coconut oil over the whole rack .. dont rinse .. set them aside and let them sit for aslong as you can take it and take a soft cloth and rub over racks then put in your unit ❤️ your sticking days are over .. if something happens to stick it will wash off or your finger can tap it and it releases

The fryer is full of scuff marks inside and out of the fryer. It's missing half of the pieces and the oven mittens were clearly used and dirty. There was grease below the fryers window. The piece where the rotisserie tools clamp into was broken a waste!

I love my air fryer oven. I ditched my stove and only use my air fryer. I can bake in it!!! I bought cake and cupcake sheets from the dollar tree and I now bake cupcakes and cakes in it. I was hesitant at first when looking into this specific fryer because it was refurbished but it works great!!! It looks new and I received all the extra stuff that comes with it. You can cook up to 9 Breast of chicken at a time. The top rack is always crispier but not burned.. the fish is cooked to perfection and corn on the Cobb is delicious. I?m super pleased with my purchase. My best friend ordered the same one after seeing how nice mine works. The size is perfect for a family of 4. And we always have leftovers. At the price that I purchased it, it was a great deal. I would have payed full price if I knew how easy it made my life. Oh and it?s very easy to clean .... that?s a plus !!!

So far so good with this refurbished one. I bought it cuz it was more affordable than others. About 60$ vs over 100. I was sooo scared I read the bad reviews on Amazon and it was scary....but so far it's been working ok. The only thing I thought it would be more bigger n wider since it said XL cuz I bought it to replace my countertop baking broil oven. Secondly I do not like that I have to use two hands opening this oven. Pull out and push back in. While closing oven u have to make sure you are not pulling up or else it wont close make sure it's down then close up by not pulling up. If it won't close do not force it because chances are u are doing it wrong and I'm sure it will break. Maybe I should of got the regular air fryer(not the oven one) like the nuwave but like I said I wanted to replace my countertop oven. Plus I wanted a white one since my appliances are white with a stainless steel accent. Lol it's like an small easy bake oven. So far I made chicken wings . Ribs. Came out delicious.
