I have a preethi mixer grinder with 3 jars that i have beem using for 5 years. Only the medium sized Jar got damaged because of overuse. So I got this mixer grinder set to replace the other one. I found that this one has a lot of features. But I have to say it’s not all so well-made. The steel jar that came with it had a burning rubber smell when I ran it the second time. I made chutneys in the chutney jar but since this jar has to be flipped over to open, its a bit tedious when making drier chutneys since drier chutneys require s to open many times to mix the ingredients so they dont stick to the sides. If there is only a small quantity, we can open without flipping it, but it makes a mess on the sides of the grinder. The juice extractor and steel hars are very tall so its very difficult to reach the bottom of the jar to clean. Small food items got stuck on the too part of the blade and it woukdnt come off easily. I returned this product mainly because of the burning smell.

Just with 2 months of use, The jar has been leaking the liquids from the bottom. Once the mixie is used, the whole mixie is covered with the batter/chutney that somehow drips from the bottom of the jar.

They sent me a used one and stains in all the jars . The small jar blade does not fix properly to the jar. I had to return it at the store
