Not what i expected. I've owned quite a few toasters in my lifetime. However, never have taken 3 tries to get the bread to the right toasty-ness. If u put on 3 it's way too light. So i've kept on changing the setting and finally had it on 5 to get it the way i wanted. Still a good lil toaster. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Since breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day, it should be a pleasure to make, too. This toaster makes a perfect toasted bagel and the simple, clean design looks great. This product would be awesome for Texas Toast, but any regular bread that is cut from a baker does not fit, the slots aren't long enough. I used it to cook breakfast and my pumpernickel bread wouldn't fit so I had to break out the old toaster. Not a big deal, but wish this would have worked. I've had numerous toasters in my life and this one is simple and easy to use. It's easy to find the right spot for toast and wide slots are good for bagels. This toaster is very easy to clean as well since it has a removable slot for all the bits that fall down. Not all toasters have that feature which is nice.
