This 32 litre microwave is a good size for most home kitchens, and provides the kind of sophisticated technology you expect from Samsung.

I bought this to replace the same make and model I have now. The old one lasted 3+ years and I am very happy with it. We are a family of 4 and use the microwave many many times a day and it has a large capacity and an easy to clean interior. I recommend this microwave highly.

Great replacement, interior was a bit smaller than I expected. It was delivered sooner than promised and looks good, many program choices and I am happy with my selection

THIS MICROWAVE IS ALL I NEED. IT IS IN MY OFFICE AND USED FOR HEATING LUNCH AND BREAKFAST. WILL HEAT EXTREMELY FAST. THE ONLY DOWN FALL IS THE DOOR IS SO DARK AND THE LIGHT IS SO DIM, IT IS DIFFICULT TO SEE WHATS GOING ON INSIDE. TO SOME THATS NO BIGGY. I LIKE TO BE ABLE TO SEE WHAT I AM HEATING.

Everyone loves new. The hopes, the freshness, the consistency. Perhaps replacing things you've 'missed' about an older unit, or getting new features in the latest unit, model or piece. Me too. I am comparing the Samsung 1000 watt microwave, against the 1000 watt Panasonic it replaced. The Panasonic quit working about 15 odd years, so it was time to get a new one. I spent about an hour looking at microwave ovens in my local Walmart store, looking at features, reading any reviews if I could. Combined with name, features & price, I put this microwave in my shopping cart. I am not happy with that decision. Whether it's an unadvertised "feature" or something that is common practice, the door glass is so dark, that you can't see inside, with the light on. On some things, I like to keep an eye on it, while it's heating or cooking in the microwave. Another model had better features, but nothing was said about the glass. Not a big issue, but it certainly would be nice to keep. The biggest complaint that I have, & it may deter you from purchasing it, is that it doesn't heat as well as the unit it replaced. Second for second, product for product. There wasn't but a couple days between the old unit stopping & plugging this one in. It's in the same spot, in the same house. I've tested/used it with the same things that I generally put in the microwave. This Samsung, I am sorry to say, doesn't have the power (both units are 1000 watts). It doesn't even cook popcorn as fluffy. The food will get hot, it has some cool butter melting combinations, but it just doesn't have the uumph like the unit it replaced. It's not a warranty issue, because it works. So I am stuck with it. It's not garbage, just not as good. I'll probably donate it to a charity or something (I'm that annoyed by it). I have had this unit a little over eight months, & the latch mechanism for the door, is starting to get soft. I figure that it'll be only a little while before it won't open the door at all. Very poor design/parts used. The insides of this microwave is nice. It looks like a grey ceramic, & is very easy to clean. It's pretty easy to clean on the outside, & the exhaust vents are in the rear, with secondary ones on the side. If you want a mediocre microwave, this will fit the bill. In reading this review, myself, I would look to the next one myself.

The family is enjoying this new microwave. Our GoldStar microwave of almost 19 years finally fried. I wanted to replace it with a comparable size unit and this unit fit the bill. Yes, the interior is dark and the light does not seem a bright as on our other unit, and, yes, the exterior number panel is a little difficult to see. But it definitely is much quieter than our former unit and the this unit has some quick cook, or reheating options that are wonderful for us. We like the stainless steel and black design of this unit. I also like the eco feature which shuts off the clock display. The only issue with this unit was the dimension description in the ad. I almost past this unit up because the dimensions in the description made the unit larger than it actually is. These description errors make shopping on line difficult at times.

I am not happy with this microwave. I find it slow cooking and frustrating to deal with. It does not do near as much as my cheaper GE did and for the price you would think you were getting something better. Its instructions are confusing and incomplete at most. Thinking of returning it if I can get help carrying the heavy thing.

I bought the entire set of Samsung Black Stainless (refrigerator, range, dishwasher) and wanted this to finish off the new look on 11/19/16. Although the microwave works great, you cannot clean the front of the glass door without getting these horrid micro-scratches all over the glass. Actually, it cant be glass as I have NEVER seen glass do this. Even my microfiber cloths scratch it. My fingers scratch it. Everything scratches it. And it is the same imitation glass that is used on the top touch panel of the dishwasher, another item you cannot touch with leaving micro-scratches all over it. It is too bad they did not use the same "glass" that they used on the range touch pad because that does not scratch like the microwave or the dishwasher. What a shame because otherwise this would be a nice microwave. Would I recommend it knowing it will look hideous as soon as you clean it? No. My suggestion is to keep it in a dark corner where no direct lighting or sunlight will ever shine on the "glass" door. I'm attaching a picture but am not sure how large it will appear on this page, but I can assure you if you are able to enlarge it or see it clearly, the front 'glass' door looks horrible if you look above where the flash is.

The only complaint is that the light needs to be brighter inside the microwave because the oven's coating is so dark. Otherwise the microwave works great!
