Works but it is very loud!! Tried to return it but Walmart won't accept it.

Loved it! Fit and matched perfectly with my oven its not noisy at all.. really satisfied

the only downside is a loud noise at the beginning of every use, only lasts about a second so its not too bad. but it also started making a low but noticeable knocking sound for duration of every use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Large buzzing sound, almost shrieking like, upon receiving. Return promptly for refund. Second failed Samsung microwave purchase within the last year.

The machine works well, and does it's job. The only real problem, is that it is the LOUDEST, NOISIEST microwave I have ever heard. It sounds like a small plane is preparing to take off, when I turn it on. Every mid-night snack you heat up, will wake the rest of the household.

I like the spaciousness of the interior and all the functions that are available. Cleaning it is a piece of cake too, everything just wipes away with a little soap and water. Heating the food could be a little faster, but it worked. However, after a year and nine months, the microwave does this thing where when you close the door it starts to run. By run I mean heating, cooking, without even programming it. If you open the door it stops but the light stays on and the plate inside begins to rotate. Not good. I attempted to get a repair person look at it because I liked the oven and wanted to keep it, especially since I had not had it long. The repair person said to look at it would cost, then to repair it would cost and the total would be enough to go out an by 2 new microwaves. I am just disappointed in the product. I talked to someone at samsungs warranty dept and since the warranty was up there was nothing that they could do. A disservice. I really like Samsung products and thought this was a durable and good quality purchase and would last longer than it did. Very disappointed.

purchased dec 2017. 4 months later, a heating issue. july 2019 a funky smell while heating. nov 2019 it quit working all together and making a different purchase elsewhere. only had for 23 months!

with bonus feature of turing on by itself! after reading other reviews this is not uncommon. this is on a brand new renovation, but to their defence the contractor was a special kind of idiot.

This is our 2nd Samsung appliance that went kaput after a year. Just died. But before that it was only a so-so microwave. The door frequently got stuck and it had less oomph than my 15 year old microwave from my fist apartment.
