This is a replacement for a defective one and this one is also defective. Door does not open and it makes a weird sound when running. I wonder if the 3rd time will be the charm. Our previous Sharp lasted 12 years - what is going on with Sharp now? Very disappointed.

My parents bought my wife and I this almost identical Sharp carousel convection microvave for wedding shower gift over 24 years ago. It finally went out after heavy usage last month. I bought it again, panel is slightly different, and door opens sideways by pushing the button instead of down with one pull on handle. I liked the one pull door opening better, but if this one lasts as long as the last, I will be overjoyed. Great value, sensor cooking works perfectly. My wife bakes casseroles in it while using stove oven for larger items simultaneously.

I had previously had a Sharp Carousel Convection/Microwave for about 13 years when it went out. Not only did I turn to Walmart.com, but found OJ Commerce in the offering, and with that being said found a decent price for the product I wished to order. I feel that you really get your money's worth with this product!
