This is a piece of junk. I bought it for toast and waffles. No matter the setting, it toast unevenly and burns in a spot even with the bagle button on. I am sending this back. The old adage, "they don't make them like they used to" definitely applies to this item. I will avoid the Sunbeam brand from now on.

Lasted 14 months then started either burning toast or not coming on
While we would have liked it to work long for the price it cost less than $1/month

I usually don't write reviews but I feel like the public needs to know. The setting on this toaster goes up to 7. Unless you like your toast super charcoal I would not recommend going past a 2. I set my toast on setting 2 and 3. this was the result. The toaster also had a funny smell. I would NOT recommend this product. Its worth it to pay a little more money.

I like the look of the toaster. What really impressed me was I was toasting a Sandwich Thin and the toaster held them upright while they toasted by sandwiching the bread between two grids. No matter how big or small the bread it will be held upright while toasting. It has wide slots big enough to toast a bagel.

I bought this toaster as a gift to replace my mother's old toaster, which was 50+ years old! I was looking for a style as simple as her old toaster. She doesn't do bagels or anything fancy. So just needed the button to lower the toast and one to select darkness of the toasting. This was a nice, simple toaster. And, it is lightweight, which is nice as it is easy for an older person to lift and move around. The cord is a bit short, but since it is light and easy to move, that wasn't a problem for us. There is a nice tray to catch the crumbs. It is easy to slide out and empty. The toaster worked well and does a nice job of toasting.

It was all it was advertised to do,(make good toast) and the price was fair. We like the cool sides and the cleanout tray. Also the wide slice compartments. We like being able to order it on line and pick it up at Walmart, very close, sooner, with no pickup fee. I would recommend it to anyone.
Really like being able to pick up at Walmart, free. This is what I do not like about Amazon. It ups the price of the item. and I do not like paying for prime.

this is a good little toaster - light weight-slots are wide for large bread or bagel, a golden brown on the first setting and most of all "cool sides".
About a year ago I purchased a stainless steel toasted, and I did not know that it did not have the cool sides - nearly every time I used it, I would get burned.
This is a good little toaster and it even looks good on my counter. I loved toasted

I had a four slice toaster for many years and it finally died. So decided to go for the two slice since I needed the space on counter. This two slice is just as good as my four slice, love the design of it and the features it has. Easy pull out crumb tray which I really like! My other one I had to tip it upside down to get all the crumbs out. I'm sure this one will last as long as my old one.

I just got tired of taking everything out of my oven to toast a piece of bread. I don't have much storage space and this fits just right on my counter.
