The 9. 5 quart GoWISE USA ovate pressure cooker is the latest evolution in gowise pressure cookers. The ovate is a designed with a new user-friendly touchscreen interface with 11 presents plus manual controls and 3 additional cook functions. The convenient oval shape allows for maximum space to prepare things like a whole chicken or roast on the roasting rack or prepare a dozen hard boiled eggs at the touch of a button. Oval pot comes with cool touch handles to remove the pot safely and easily pour contents into another bowl or container. It includes more customization options
This time around With the ability to change temperature in addition to time and pressure level on many of the presets, and a delay feature for precision timing. 6 included accessories complement the new features a meat roasting rack to allow space for drippings and making it easier to remove after its cooked, a 12 egg rack for the egg setting, a flat rack for baking and canning, a steam basket for veggies and dumplings and 2 serving spoons. The cooker also includes slow cook or keep warm functions that do not cook with pressure.

As advertised...perfect fir all types of cooking and shape is perfect to cook chickens (do it very regularly), roasts etc. Also, all the accessories that it comes with are very unusual to see as part of purchasing any pressure cooker. All high quality and very useful. Easily makes up for any price difference in any comparison with other cookers and all fit perfectly.

With moving multiple times over the last few years I have gone through multiple Crockpots and pressure cookers. This is by far the best. So many options all together in one. Big enough for my large family too!

My wife and I are huge fans of fast meals via pressure cooker. We make a lot of Moroccan food, and this pot facilitates that for us. Our chicken and roasts come out so amazingly tender and juicy. I have been using my pressure cooker for about 2 weeks and I love all the different features! I have made a roast and pinto beans in it already! Love how you can set it to start at s certain time so if you want Dinner ready when you get home from work you tell it when to start and how long to cook and hot dinner when you come in! This Pressure cooker is amazing it actually fits a whole roast. So to test the limits of this cooker. I places a whole roast, spices, herds and veggies. Set the cooking temp and time and waited. To my surprise it actually cooked it in less time it takes me to prep and cook. My Roast was so tender and juicy at the same time. Now cooking will be a breeze from now on. I seriously love how big this pressure cooker is! It can fit more of my soups than my smaller one. I love that the turn on the lid is so easy and feels secure.
