Absolutely terrible! Would give this zero stars if possible! Spend the extra few dollars for a better quality panini press. I have been through two of these (both gifts) the first worked great for about three uses and quit getting hot. The second didnt work at all.

Everytime we use the Panini Maker to make a sandwich the cheese sticks to the surfaces and is IMPOSSIBLE to clean. I treated it with oil before using but this did not help/

When pressing down on the top of the press the entire unit tips forward. Every single part of the unit gets HOT except for the handle. Burnt finger when attempting to upright unit. Also unit is missing an on/off switch. Locking mechanism on right is confusing ..what is it for? It doesn't lock it closed. Instrucrions for this feature were sketchy at best. Got as a gift and was looking forward to using it so will give it another go but I'm not impressed so far.

Why this panini grill Does not have ON/OF switch ??????
Which means that plug it to power is ON and unplug it is OFF
This is a defect in its manufacturing design, and as soon be corrected I expect a replacement

Bought this Friday & used it yesterday. Worked a lot better than what I thought it would. Ham & cheese pannini in 2 minutes. Plenty of cooking power

I have had this for about 2 years now and use it all the time. I have even cooked small steaks on it ! My 14 yr old grandson loves it when he is here and it is a healthier way of eating because all the fat drains away. Very happy with it!

HI IM BARBARA I LOVE MY GRILL I HAVE HAD FOR FOUR YEARS , MAKES GREAT GRILLED CHICKEN AND FISH WITHOUT THE MESS TAKES THE GREASE OUT AND MAKES IT HEALTHY SO EASY TO CHANGE THE PLATES IF YOU WANT THE GRILL LINES OR NOT , SINCE I DONT HAVE A BARBECUE ITS THE BEST, I HAVE MADE EVERYTHING FROM SALMON TO PANNIS TO GRILLED CHICKEN BREASTS

Bought this a week ago. So early to rate this product, but still, it does its job. Though I would consider a negative feature of electric shock with this product, if used in an inappropriate manner. Also, the min - max voltage does not work all the times properly, need to set it at max all the times.
