The blender is bigger than I expected but I don't mind it. The two cons for me would be that it's loud (like a vacuum) and you can't hand wash it. You have to pour water and soap into the blender and pulse it for a couple of seconds and then throw out the water and put clean water into the blender until there was no more soap. I think I repeated the process 4 times. I blended some vegetables, love that it blended my vegetables without leave chucks not like my old blender.

Unbelievable levels of quality; surpasses any competition on the market. I have never had a smoothie outside of a shop taste so good and homemade at that! Everyone in my home tasted it including my 11 year old grandson and my 16 year old son. They really could not tell how much kale, spinach and carrots they ate hidden amongst strawberries, black berries, and blueberries. Now that's a genuine LOL. They finished their cups and said it was good. That alone was worth it's weight in gold. Let's face it these days those age ranges enjoying fruit and vegetable servings without MAKING them do it was amazing around here. Liquifying was done to perfection and with ease. Ice is actually eaten up with these blades with completely. Buy it you won't regret it one bit. I have only just begun. Overwhelmed with the possibility what to create next. Everyone is waiting to see what else it can do this well.

My old blender was small & 30 years old. I bought this one based on high reviews. It's an amazing machine. I never even knew there were blenders with heaters. I haven't used that feature yet but I'm anxious to try it. The blender itself works wonderfully. It pulverized a pitcher of ice quickly and efficiently.

I received this - unboxed it , three the box away and stored it for a week . Got it out to use and it's dead . Junk- Junk-JUNK . I couldn't be more disappointed .

My daughter was very excited when I told her I had ordered this blender. It is quite slick looking! Has all the features you could ask for. First use was a pitcher of smoothies and it was quieter than we thought it would be; even when the ice cubes were added. I think we'll get a lot of use out of this blender.
