I bought this blender last December. Everything's alright, it's work well. But there's a BIG problem. The little one smells burn everytime I use it and the plastic started to melted.
I see by the comments that I am not the only one with this problem.
I don't recommend this product.
But the big one is fine.

I love how easy to use this professional blender is! The lid has an easy to pour spout on it making it unnecessary to remove the lid to pour, it pulses, mixes, and crushes easily and completely. The individual containers are perfect for smoothies or drinks! This is simple to disassemble for cleaning and can be cleaned with dish soap or in the dishwasher. The bottom is magnetized which keeps it from bouncing around. I have made many of the recipes from the booklet which is included and loved them all! I love this Ninja blender! It can chop and blend anything with the fraction of the cost of other brand name blenders. I love that you can put whole/sliced pieces of fruit and veggies and the Ninja chops and blends it all up with no problems and its really quick too.It doesn't leave lumps like other blenders do.The single serve container is a fantastic idea and i love using this container to personalize my smoothies. I totally recommend the Ninja Professional blender and Nutri Ninja cup to anyone who wants to chop blend and smooth your food with no hassle and very quickly. I received my Ninja professional Blender and Nutri Ninja cups. I absolutely love it. Im no stranger to Ninja products i have owned a few. Theirs is the only blender i would ever purchase. This blender has 3 blades. You can hear the power in the motor it crushes like a champ. The nutri ninja cups makes it easy to do single serving fruit smoothies or mixed drinks. This blender makes excellant smoothies and cocktails. It blends all my drinks to perfection. Its easy to use and clean. It also crushes ice and I can use to make delicious salsa. For a crowd I use the pitcher and for individual servings the Ninja cups are used which is very handy. I can blend and process all my recipes with ease. I absolutely love this blender. It comes with 1 large blender for blending large batches of smoothies, soups, etc. And it comes with two personal size smoothie cups. I love how the large blender has several blades from top to bottom of the blender that are super sharp. I can make a thick smoothie or even ice cream in it, and it blends perfectly because the blades go all the way up and down. I even tried doing just ice to see what it did and it turned the ice to snow. The small cups are also really nice for on the go morning smoothies before work. It's nice to be able to make a quick smoothie for my husband to take to work or my kids to drink before heading out for the day without having to clean the whole blender. So I have one of the first ninjas, it was the complete system. My first one went out not long after getting it, and it wasn’t used often. It smoked, and had a horrible burning smell. Mind you this was like 4-5 years ago. They replaced everything. I rarely use my blender, but again it’s the same burning smell. This time I could taste it In my food, so I looked at the attachment which was for the single serving cup. There’s a ring burned all the way around. Looking at reviews it doesn’t look like anything has changed with the newer models.

Blender is ok bt noisy. Beware of d blades. They r razor sharp. The blender & cups are md w fragile plastic. It shd be tougher than that. The 2 cups r too small. One of them shd hv bn at least 24oz. Also, d cups has no measurement written on it. So, u cannot know the amount of smoothie u are consuming.

We were shopping around for the best blender for our smoothies. But didn't want to spend 5 6 hundred dollars either. We had family and friends let us about their Ninjas. So we did our research on them. WOW. This machine is powerful. You can tell it has the power to get the job done. We use it twice a day each. Very impressed. We love the single servings as well.
