I returned this item because it kept burning my toast

Love the it but having trouble finding extra pans to fit in it.

Does not toast evenly. The bottom does not get toasted

I am pretty disappointed that this is not a better quality item? It was more expensive than several of the other ones and I was hoping it would be nicer. Sadly it's not :( I will have to keep looking for a better one...it also takes forever to toast.

Wife liked it as we wanted red appliances and our previous toaster oven had crapped out. Appears to work as intended as we have only used once but we're happy with it. I'm sure there's more expensive ones out there but this one gets the job done just fine.

This is a great small toaster. It cooks and toasts well. It holds up to four slices of toast. The size is perfect for a dorm or small apartment. It doesn't take up too much room on your counter top either. The red color is pretty cool too!

This is cheap and I mean "cheap" toaster. It works somewhat. Completely uneven toasting. Under side of my toast was not brown put top was ready to burn. Timer doesn't really work. I put it on medium dark and burned my toast. I put on the lightest and still burned my toast. I realized that timer doesn't work like it suppose to. Maybe this is just a faulty unit, but I don't think so. It is just cheap, you get what you paid for. I'll be returning mine, because it is little frustrating to baby sit your toast or whatever you are heating up.
