Broken after only a few uses. The lift mechanism is non functional on one side after only a few uses. Do not recommend.

While a good price and a good company, the toasting slots are too narrow for many consumer bread bread slices . See picture. It would also have problems with bagels and English muffins. I returned it without completing the unpacking.

Bagels get stuck when toasting is finished, so i have to jiggle the handle to get them to pop up. Toasting takes longer than it should. Lightweight. Wish I haad bought a different brand.

It toasts as advertised. It has "bagel" and "frozen" buttons, but it doesn't appear they actually do anything. If they do, I haven't noticed any difference or even a light or something suggesting I even pushed the aforementioned buttons. Whatever. I have toast.

So far a great little toaster that does not take up most space on the counter. Toasts evenly and have a great variety of settings.

Awesome toaster! Toaster settings are excellent and has nice wide slots. Love the bagel and frozen settings and already used the cancel function. Great price too. I would definitely read directions before you use it, you have to put it on a setting for 1st use. I would recommend it to anybody.

Only toasts one side. At first I thought the bagel button was on but no, I have tried toasting with and without the bagel button pushed. The exterior coils work, but the interior coils do not, hence only one side of bread gets toasted. Will be returning.

Does not toast the whole item evenly. Top will be almost burnt while bottom seems not toasted at all. Is very slow to toast. I do like that frozen items are warm when finished after using the frozen button. I would not purchase again.
