I love this toaster. It works perfectly, and it was a great price. It looks great on my countertop, but it is compact enough to put on a shelf when I am not using it.

Slick design. Easy to maintain. The button should be clockwise direction. The lowest number was so low down and hart to measure the time set. Be careful not to burn your bread if you put second bread right away. It needs lower the heat. Very analog. Price is good though.

Pros: Attractive, stainless steel, protective plastic caging where removable crumb tray is, controls on the front, compact. Cons: Uneven toasting, housing not sealed

That is all. It does not cook my toast on the bottom only the top portion of the bread. I have tried everything but it still on cooks half. Laying bread sideways will sometimes work depending on the bread.

I have had my toaster for less than a week and am totally in love with it. I love the design, its nice enough to keep on the counter, if I had more counter space... Only took me 2 or 3 slices of bread to determine the browning level...and it is consistent. When I put in my first bagel..well, I knew this toaster is a real keeper

bought it about a couple of weeks ago. pretty happy with it so far. it's small enough for my small counter. and it looks pretty sleek in my opinion.

Quality looking materials and very nice size. I found the toaster does an amazing job of making toast--real toast. Not doughy but toasted bread throughout. And that is only at the middle setting. The display is easy to understand and there is even a fool proof illustration on the top of how to insert a sliced bagel for using the bagel setting. I had a very expensive 4 slice toaster that I sold for something smaller, and this works much better than that one. I really recommend this one, especially compared to similar priced ones that are just plastic (all stainless steel exterior); in fact, this is a super deal compared to some of the expensive comparable ones. I like how well it is built and the easy buttons which light up depending on which setting you use.

Very pleased with this purchase. Needed a new toaster that matched our appliances but didn't want to spend an arm and a leg. This one fit the bill perfectly, and has several advantages, like the side controls and extra features. After using it for a few weeks, it works perfectly and I'm a new fan of the bagel mode, which I've never had before.

Toaster looks good, goes well with the look of the kitchen. There is some difficulty with the selector dial for getting the right toast shade. Toast is under done or over done. The reason for this purchase was to find a toaster that could toast frozen waffles correctly. Frozen round waffles do not toast well, bottom of waffle is toasted, top part is not toasted. If you love waffles like I do, I would not recommend purchasing this item.
