Received on time and in good condition. Tried it out immediately and knew this style of oven wasn't for me. Outside surface Temps got to hot for me. I'm a senior and didn't feel comfortable with the exposure. BUT the most positive experience in exchange was awesome. Took to local store, no stock of item I wanted to exchange with. Associate looked up item on hand held device and found item at another local store. I went there and made the exchange in 20 minutes with all my information on my phone. Extremely awesome fist bump service. I did all this in the same day I received the product.

Was looking for a way to cook my Thanksgiving turkey which sadly this will not do because it has a 6 lb. limit. But it will do so many other things. Bake pies, cakes and cookies. Bake chicken or do it on the rotisserie. In fact you can use the rotisserie with several different cuts of meat I have not found anything so far the Elite Pro will not do so long as it is not too large. Great addition to my kitchen tools.

So far I am liking this toaster oven very much. Many different cooking options to choose from. Big enough for larger meals, but small enough not to clutter up the kitchen. I think the temp. on this runs hotter than most, but once you get the feel of this oven, I have learned to adjust the temp. accordingly. Can't wait to try the rotisserie option.

I wanted a small toaster oven with more than one shelf in it. My old toaster oven only had one shelf so I couldn't bake more than one item at a time. Now I can put more than one item in the oven and keep veggies warm in the top warmer as well. This is a time and energy saver for me.

Ordered Toaster oven online, and picked up in store. So convenient. Got it home & set it up. It was larger than it looked online, but didn't really take up much space. WE have used it several times with no problem. It does cook a little hotter than the dial indicates, so you'll want to experiment and pay attention until you get the hang of it. Overall, it's the best unit for the money.

As a toaster oven and warmer, great value. But useless as a rotisserie. Maybe a small Cornish game hen, but there is no way a 4-5 lb roast would fit. Instructions said 4-5 lb max. I had a 3 lb roast and it wouldn't fit.

My regular stove gave out so I decided it was time to try a new way of cooking. So far I love this! It is a little hard to figure out the best methods for cooking things. The directions were not very comprehensive so it is taking some trial and error. It makes amazing toast and savory things come out well. The rotisserie turns well but I haven't actually cooked on it yet. You can do a meat in the bottom and steam veggies in the top at the same time. Just make sure you do not let the water evaporate while steaming or whatever is in the top will burn onto the pan. Lesson learned. Al though it is a learning experience I really love the end result once I figure out the best way to cook something. It is the size of a microwave and it does save on heat in the kitchen. It must save on electricity but I haven't had it long enough to know for sure. i really think it is worth the money...big time!

My only problem is that I thought it was a convection oven. Instead, it's just a toaster, rotisserie, grill oven, without the convection feature, which means it will take longer to bake. I'll be baking for the first time tomorrow (a roast chicken), maybe I'll use the rotisserie feature.

Have used griddle and rotisserie. Griddle cooks best at near top and bottom borders where heating elements run underneath. It's limited but a bonus as a warmer. The big feature is the rotisserie. Have it without being an extra appliance. Replaced failing toaster oven to end up being an upgrade. Ended up with non-convection since both versions seem to go in and out of stock. Bought what was available at the time. Would expect the convection version to be the creme de la creme. It would be expedient rotisserie. Recommend using roasting pan versus crumb tray from instructions to catch juices. After first rotisserie, you'll see why. Screw clamps require scrubbing to clean. Otherwise, take your cooking to the next dimension.
