I installed this under a cabinet in the corner behind my drain rack. From edge of sink to side wall the counter top is only 24" long. My drain rack is about 18" long. Inasmuch as I never used this counter for food prep anyway, this is the ideal location-unobtrusive yet easily accessible.

It is impossible to grind coffee beans into a fine powder because the blade is not sharp enough. All you get is a coarse grind no matter how many times the blade is pulsed or allowed to run continuously for short periods.
