The coffee spill all over the kid is too light

This was a good idea for me to buy this. I just love the espresso it makes me. It's easy to clean up and easy to use. But let me tell you for the better espresso coffee use cold water temperature and not hot or warm water. It's strong enough for cold.

You would think that a Brentwood was made in the USA ? Nop, China's trickery .... Made in P.R.C. means 'Made in Public Reunion of China'. Once some people stopped using products labeled 'Made in China' which leads to crash in the Chinese markets. Also, The amount of coffee you see in the pic is maximum amount you get at a time. The espresso machine is very small and gets really hot, so you really need to wait for at least 20 minutes for it to cool off enough to touch, (i.e. make another coffee.) Crappy, to say the least.

Coffee grounds kept coming up into the pot and coffee would go back down into the bottom so when you poured kind of make a mess. Not very impressed so I returned.

Heating element burnt out after six months. You can see in the picture where it is cracked and you can see where on the other side the heating element is about to burn out as well. It took Brentwood two weeks to reply to my inquiry and the warranty is one year and customer pays the shipping.

Delivery fast and very please with my purchase. Better than my previous Expresso maker. Coffee came out strong and delicious, just as espresso coffee should be!
