It's a great coffee maker. It brews at the correct temperature and the single serve is very versatile and at a good pace. The only reason why I didn't give a 5 star is because it's a little hard to fill up the 12-cup container. The space is so narrow so water drips. Other than that, I'm happy with it!

I am a bit of a coffee snob. I like various tours of coffee from all over the world. This brewer was a birthday gift. I really like this system. Easy to use; brews quickly and looks great on the counter.

I had another "specialty " coffeemaker that was going out on me and I was worried I'd miss being able to make different types of coffee creations, but this Cuisinart has eased my anxiety. I love the dual features of being able to make a pot or a single cup. It truly is the best of both worlds. I would definitely recommend this coffeemaker.

We love it can make either a large pot of coffee or a single cup with the choice of 3 different sizes. It's so easy to work with and we love how the timer can be set, and the coffee is ready when we get up. Great product!

The hot plate Teflon is coming off

The single cup part of the coffee maker explodes coffee everywhere. water/coffee comes out of multiple parts of the dispenser area and it doesn't ever make it into the cup.

This is the best coffee maker ever. I love it and my husband can make is full pot and I can make my single cup. When my husband program's the full pot for in the morning for work and later I want a cup it's no problem to just make my single cup. I do not have to reprogram the large pot. We love this and it's perfect for our family and life style.
