It toasts uneven and the heat is not always the same on a chosen setting. Sometimes it toasts a little and sometimes it toasts more on the same setting. The finger slips on the lever and it's hard to press down. It sounds tinny and cheap which it was. But in hind sight not worth the money

This toaster is terrible. On the lowest setting it burns everything. And I mean black burnt. I have an 11 month old who loves toast, but I'm pretty sure he doesn't want it burnt to a crisp. In the process of getting a refund. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra few dollars for a reputable name brand.

This is a good two-slice toaster that takes up very little counter space. But as with any inexpensive toaster, each toaster probably varies in its browning settings. Mine gives good, crisp browned toast at about a 3 setting. English muffins require a five or greater setting. The slots are not high enough for oversized dimensions of bread, but evenly toast the complete surface of standard slices, even if it appears that the bread seats slightly high in the slot. The slots are wide enough for a conventional size bagel. For the price, and given that minimal-space white toasters are ridiculously few amongst toasters in general, this one does the job well enough.

This toaster would not eject toast, even at the lowest setting, for either one or two slices of bread. You have to watch it and eject manually at the right time or you will set off your smoke detector.

This 2-slice toaster very easy to use and works great. I did not need anything fancy my current toaster just quit working. I would highly recommend to anyone.
