This is the second smart pot and it has become an appliance I don't want to ever do with out. My other one still works but it is eight years old and the numbers for settings have worn off. I used it for years before I got my stove and I really got good at cooking in it.

I've had this crockpot for over 6 years and have never had any issue with it. It cooks well and the settings are are not accurate (4 hours...6 hours etc) but once you figure out the best timing it's great. The 4 hour cook time is more like 6 and so on. The pot has never cracked and there are no electrical issues. If I needed a new part at this point I'd just buy a new crockpot. It's still going strong and is one of the best things in my kitchen.

I bought this online a month ago. I love the timer and the fact that it turns to warm when it's done. It works great!!

Bought this about a year ago & used it pretty regularly (we're a Football Sunday family). Didn't have any extreme temp changes & took great care of it. Now it has a HUGE crack throughout almost the entire stoneware. Being "The Original Stoneware" definitely doesn't guarantee being "The Best Stoneware".

My wife has used her crock pot maybe 10 times, and the stoneware insert cracked. I was looking for an in-store replacement insert when I stumbled upon these reviews, some which contained similar complaints. Crock Pot, do you have anything to say other than we're looking into it? A fix or offer to make whole would be nice.

My stoneware cracked after about only 10 uses. The crack is completely through the entire depth of the crock. It goes from the lip all the way through the bottom of the bowl. It cracked while I had taco meat on "warm" for under an hour so I assume it had a hairline crack I hadn't noticed. I have a 25 year old crock pot that still works great. Bought this one because I liked the warming feature and it looked nice. After reading what others have said, I'm not going to waste money buying a replacement crock, might as well just use the good old fashioned one, ugly but works.

I use my crockpot sparingly and was quite irritated that the lid handle is already unusable, it seems as if it has melted off the screw which holds it together. Other than that it is a good appliance thus far

We have had ours for several years now and use it all the time. It's nice to put something in there either the night before or in the morning of and wake up or come home to a ready to eat meal.

I've tried a few recipes, and they were great. The comfort of just adding your ingrediences, setting the timer without the worry of constant checking. The removable dish is great for placing leftovers in the fridge. Clean-up is a breeze. If you buy it, you'll enjoy it.
