The Cuisinart Elite Collection 2.0 14 Cup Food Processor boasts a 1300 watt peak power motor to power through your favorite recipes with ease. With innovative design solutions including a 4½ cup work bowl nested inside the 14 cup bowl, adjustable slicing disc, and a reversible shredding disc, Cuisinart gives you multiple food processors in one! The SealTight Advantage System keeps your kitchen counters clean from spills whether mixing, processing, or pouring, and the removable parts are all dishwasher safe for your convenience.

Equipped with a 1300-watt peak-power induction motor, this convenient food processor quickly and easily slices, dices, chops, and purees, helping to reduce prep time in the kitchen. It supplies a 4-1/2-cup small work bowl that nest inside a 14-cup large work bowl--a versatile two-in-one design that can handle multiple-size batches. All the bowls feature durable polycarbonate construction, measurement marks up the side, and drip-free pour spouts. An exclusive SealTight Advantage System seals the bowls and locks the blades for clean, safe processing and pouring. In addition, the unit's wide-mouth feed tube accommodates larger ingredients, which reduces the need for cutting food into smaller pieces first, and its electronic touchpad control panel offers four selections for on, off, dough, and pulse. Accessories include a stainless-steel adjustable slicing disc (0 to 10 mm), a stainless-steel reversible shredding disc (fine/medium), a large and small stainless-steel chopping/mixing blade, and a dough blade. Thoughtfully designed, the food-prep appliance also provides blue LED indicator lights, a simple on/off locking system with push-button release, a retractable cord, and dishwasher-safe removable parts for quick cleanup. A lockable accessory storage case, spatula, and recipe/instruction book come included. The food processor measures 7-4/5 by 10-1/5 by 17 inches and carries a three-year limited warranty with a 10-year warranty on the motor.

I love this machine! It's powerful, easy to use and clean. The storage chest for the tools is a wonderful touch. My only minor critique is that it seems to struggle a little when I shredded a block of cheese. Also be aware of how sharp as I already had a cut on day one. I wish they could put some type of handling tool that was easier. But I would buy this again, all over. I did a lot of research and it has the most powerful motor and tools for the money.

This machine has features I've always wanted in a food processor: easy off/on lid; blade engagement system that reduces interruption of use; prep bowl for smaller tasks; adjustable slicer and grater blades; AND a storage caddy for all of the attachments. I was sold before it arrived and then: the sleek design and feel of the components; the lightweight feel; the quiet motor; the reach of the blades which reduces scraping down the sides; AND the fact that the Chopped Kitchens use the same model all reinforced this purchase.

I use my food processor for making pizza dough, pie crust and bread crumbs... It's my third cuisinart and I'm very happy with it. I've yet to use the smaller bowl that sits inside the large one. Hayneedle had a great price when I bought it.

I love this product so much! I decided to order one after seeing how the product works on the cuisinart website. The feature to make a dough is amazing, no need to kneel the dough anymore, no mess, mix butter and flour really well in seconds, seriously! save a lot of the time, baking and cooking make it easier.

I purchased this to replace another brand of food processor. The work bowl was cracked and could not be replaced. This is a working machine. I have done a lot with it and everything has turned out great. The only downside is that large pieces of food get hung between the blade and the cover. I have found this to be the case with every food processor I have ever owned. It happens with carrots, cheese, and other foods as well. So--- I have just learned to put up with that as normal. Having said all of that, I really find this machine to be easy to use and I especially like the way the lid snaps into place. There is a definite learning curve so be sure to read the book before you use it for the first time.

A month in and have used the small and large reservoirs.....have made pesto's, mayo and chopped semi frozen chuck roast into hamburger....this Cuisinart is a beast.....Love it....It is very heavy to move around and the skid tabs on the feet make it hard to pull out of shove back on the counter...we solved by putting the unit on a old wood chopping board and it slides easily now....if you leave on the board when chopping ect it will try to spin slightly....so be aware or take off the board when using.....anyway....A GREAT PURCHASE....

I purchased this a month ago with the main purpose of making nutter butters. Works great !!! I researched all of them before deciding on this model. Cleans easy. Easy start. Super simple to use. Love it. It's pretty big so if you don't have counter space or don't mind dragging it out - its awesome- otherwise get a smaller model. Like the adjustable slicing blade also. It's a simple turn of the dial. This model also has 2 work bowls which is great when need a smaller bowl for small projects like salsa or purees. Note: need at least 18 " of clearance if fitting on counter but underneath overhead cabinets! See photo

I mostly love my food processor-- it's easy to use and clean, and very efficient-- except for grating/slicing. When you feed the vegetables into the food processor from the top, a pretty thick section can get stuck between the blade and the top, and doesn't get forced through the blade. As far as I know this happens with food processors, but the gap is larger with this one than with past food processors I've had.

This is my 5th Cuisinart (3 large 10 to 14 cup size and two little ones), and this is the only one I have not been satisfied with. The past 4 gave/give good service; we cook from scratch about 4 days a week and use the food processors to knock things out quickly. The last 2 large ones gave good service but after about 10 years the safety contacts and motor contacts quit working to an extent that it was almost cheaper to buy a new unit. We shred lots of carrots. Even after watching the video, 3 experienced Cuisinart users could not get the carrots to push straight down; many often turn sideways and we end up with 3 or 4 cups of shredded carrots with 5" long by 1" wide chunks of carrot throughout the bowl. It is disappointing to have to dig through each bowl and find so much wasted food.

I would never spend this kind of money for a Cuisinart product again. Cuisinart FP-14DC Elite Collection 14-Cup Food Processor claims to be an "Elite" product but it is the worst food processor I have ever owned. It is impossible to clean the gasket in the top. As a result it leaves food trapped there and eventually begins to develop a black mold in the gasket. I spoke to customer service about this and they suggested a few things to try, but none of them work. It's design is just clearly faulty. In addition, the design of the top does not allow for foods to be adequately chopped or grated as advertised. The space between the blades and the covers allow for large chunks of the vegetables as an example to get trapped and as result it leaves large chunks of vegetable unchopped or ungrated. You then need to strain out the large pieces from the chopping bowl. The product is not worth the money and Cuisinart and Conair does not stand behind their products. They do not offer solutions to the problems presented and hide behind their warranties. I would strongly suggest to anyone considering a food processor or other kitchen appliance to look outside of the Cuisinart products.
