I've had this model for around 2 months. Works wonderfully. Love the quick minutes feature. Also as an avid popcorn fan, the preset level actually does wonders leaving almost none unpopped and not burnt. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

We purchased this about 7 months ago when moving into our new-to-us house. The microwave worked just fine for our family of five. It's smaller than we were expecting, but it still ended up fitting what was needed. However, it recently stopped heating, and upon further research, I've learned that this seems to be a problem with this unit. Unfortunately, we cannot locate our receipt, so Frigidaire has not replaced the microwave as expected at this time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

My family just bought a house because the house we were renting was full of mold. When we told our landlords what was going on they just simply painted of the mold that was visible and did nothing for the mold that was in the walls. My family's health was diminishing, we all had respiratory issues. My daughter was the most affected by this, she had headaches (migraines) that wouldn't go away, she developed sleep apnea as well and the list can go on and on. I say this because it's why we moved and when me did we got all Frigidaire appliances to me they are the best. They are not hard to use, work fantastic and are super easy to clean. They last forever as well which is a plus. Frigidaire is appliances are made from high quality parts that last a lifetime. I wouldn't have picked anything from any other company, they are simply the best!!!! The microwave is super quiet, I have a hard time hearing if it's on when my kids heat something up in it. I purchased the unit last fall as the price was good and looks pretty. But, after 3 months of normal use, the bubble started building up at the touch pad. We pushed the button with our finger and didn't apply any unusual stuff. Other than that it works fine. it's a great unit.

This microwave does everything that a microwave should do and does it well. It is also very quiet which is a huge plus for me. We bought this particular model with its trim kit so that it looks like a built-in microwave, which it absolutely does. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.
