Oven seems to heat evenly. I like the flat floor with no lower element exposed, especially for easy cleaning. Oven light slowly dims when turned off, kinda cool! Rotary knob to adjust temp on control panel is nice, along with the glass touch panel, not plastic, so it shouldn't scratch over time. Microwave is very spacious, which is nice if you are heating multiple items. Beeper is a little hard to hear when you get too far away, but it is pleasant sounding. Fan is quiet. Replaced ah older double oven so had to trim about 1/2” wider and build up the bottom platform, since this oven is about 8.5 inches shorter then the old double oven.

I bought this unit during covid so did not have an opportunity to put my hands on it before putting it in my house. I chose the unit because it was the newer model of the unit I had in my house and had the same measurements. Unfortunately, it does not have the same features and it is not intuitive or user friendly. Examples: on the microwave you can either press 30 sec multiple times or you can press the microwave button, then turn a knob and select cook or defrost then push the knob to select, them turn the knob to choose cook by time or cook by food type and some other options, then push the knob, then turn the knob to choose the cook time, then push the knob again to start the microwave. Half the time the knob turns when we push on it so we have to start over. There is no “potato” button like the last model and there is no option for it if you go to the cook by food type option except “fresh veg” but that sensor has not sensed properly for potatoes so I have to do it again and just cook a certain amount of time. Microwave beeps lightly but you have to be paying attention because the fan stays on to “cool” the microwave. Seems senseless to do that. I just cooked my food! Don't cool it down! Microwave door drops down like an oven door so it's kind of difficult to reach the back of the microwave for cleaning.on top of this, the controls for the oven are equally cumbersome and the microwave and oven share the same small display so it's difficult to tell what's going on when cooking in both at the same time. Definitely wish I had chosen something different. It gets 2 stars because it works but I would not buy it again.

The look of the unit is ok except for the dial on the panel which cheapens the look. Also the panel is not lit up at all which means you must turn on a light in the kitchen to see the the directions. The sound of the microwave is ridiculously loud. I also hate the way it keeps running after the time is up to “cool the microwave “down!! I have never seen a dial or a cool down on a microwave oven. Just seems cheap.

This unit replaces our 39 year old GE built in that was installed when we had the house built in 1980. My only complaint is that there is no way to increase the beep volume. I am hard of hearing high frequency sounds.

I like the way it is working and how it looks. Bought two of them. One in my rental property and one at home. Perfect choice.

I've had this unit for about 3 years. I love it. If there is a negative to the unit it would be that it takes a little longer to get to temperature set and a little longer to cool down in the oven side. The microwave is great. There has been a few times where it would not start. After opening and closing the door a few times it would start. I think it is the door switch. I did purchase it online, at the time, and got a terrific price. I had to have this exact size to fit my existing space. There were very few brands and models to choose from. I would purchase the same unit again.

I purchase it in June 2018. The interior glass of the oven was crack in 3 different places after 10 min of Broiling in High. Warranty is already due; therefore, I needed to pay for the repair.

I love the style and the operative features of this combination microwave and oven which were built in. They were far superior to the other brand that was in our house before that cost four times as much. It is beautiful and perfectly functioning.

I really like the appearance and the microwave oven in particular. Ended up with a void on bottom when replaced Jenn Air combination so question the accuracy of the website meaurements.
