Frigidaire (FFMV1745TW) 1.7 cu. ft. Capacity Over the Range Microwave Oven Reviews

I purchased this microwave as part of my kitchen renovation. I previously had a Frigidaire microwave although outdated I miss it because the newer was more experience and don't have half the features my previous one had. The turntable is very noisey and the food done alert notification is very loud and persistent in letting you know it's done. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I am disappointed in my purchase. The fan does little to collect steam or odors. While boiling a pot of water, the steam actually collected between the two panes of glass in the door. Although the company did, in fact, replace the door, the fan does nothing with the steam from a boiling pot on the stove. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The only reason I did not give this five stars is this sassy little machine is real assertive with its beeping. I adjusted the sound to be the most quiet but this microwave still acts a lot like it pays the mortgage at my house. Overall great microwave but it's very insistent when the food has been cooked. Bought in April 2019, started to have problems in April 2020. Called in May 2020, too late for the 1 year warranty to cover repairs. That's on me. The microwave is good. Heats well enough until April 2020 (12 months after purchase) then it started leaving unheated areas on food. Buttons are standard and the LED under microwave light is quite bright. Good for seeing what you are working on. The start button with the additional 30 seconds feature is nice. The "tripping a circuit breaker" issue when opening the door before the timer ends is a design flaw and you know it. Get your engineers to fix this! There are multiple reports on this site to confirm. If you're a potential customer are reading this, it happens and they don't seem to care. Take from that what you want. The door as mentioned in other reviews it too loud when you open it. Can your company add a button that disengages the door first? It's like pulling a toy out of an upset kid's hands. I'm rating this 3 stars because overall it's a good microwave with good things and bad. I know most people overlook the 1 stars reviews so hopefully you take note of the concerns mentioned in this review.

I've been using this microwave for 3 months and so far so good. It came with my newly constructed house that I purchased 3 months ago, and it looks great in my kitchen. The microwave heats my food really quickly. When cooking on my stove, the microwave handle and entire bottom of my microwave gets really hot. I hope that doesn't cause problems.
