Been good so far. Real quiet. Main door button is not a great design. It gets caught on the edges of its housing. :( Trim kit is real cheap. I was replacing a GE monogram kit and microwave which had a lot of real stainless on it. Also when replacing trim and microwave, guaranteed that the new microwave is not a perfect match to previous. So I had to spend several hours fabricating brackets to fit the new trim kit. Doesn't fit quite centered in trim. :( Would give it better review but you need time to see how it works over the coming years.

So disappointed in this purchase. Needed a built in microwave to fit an existing space and only GE and Frigidaire would fit. Chose Frigidaire based on better reviews. The unit is three weeks old and the keypad surface is bubbling and cracking. The trim kit is glorified plastic and looks cheap. Spent a little more money on the Professional model, but clearly a mistake.

I was so impressed with the inside depth of this microwave by Frigidaire. We have had many microwaves in the past, but this is the best one ever. The microwave came with our new construction home and it works great. It is quite and easy to use. Its very powerful compared to my old one so I had to get used to the how long to cook stuff but in a good way :-). The only issue we have had is the film over the front of the microwave bubbled in a couple spots and is now scratched which bothers me every time I look at it now. This microwave looks absolutely great with the trim kit, and runs so quietly compared to the KitchenAid it replaced - almost silently! Heats quickly and evenly, lots of great settings, and is very spacious inside. It would be great if the end of cycle beeping could be set to beep one time and stop. Turning the beep off is not an option because the unit runs so quietly. But the beep never stops until you go and press cancel which can be annoying if you are tied up doing something else. This is a high quality Professional Microwave that has PLENTY of power. I did not want a cheap, low power piece of junk to install in my kitchen. I looked online at plenty of microwaves along with their 27 inch installation trim pieces and finally found this one to buy. As you can see in the picture, the trim piece gives it that custom installed look and it was easy to install. I would definitely buy this microwave again. This Microwave came with our new house. At about 6 weeks my wife was heating up a cup of water and the display flickered for a moment then nothing. Had to wait almost a week for the technician to arrive. Upon disassembly, the circuit board holding the fuse was burned. The fuse never blew! No part on the service truck of course. Part was ordered and arrived the next day. Now another week until the service tech can come back. Scheduling really needs to improve. Weeks of waiting not acceptable.
