We purchased the Frigidaire professional suite of appliances when we built our home three years ago. When the microwave was installed, the door did not line up, but the service person said the factory assured him it was okay. Right after the warranty had expired, the microwave started blowing a fuse every time it was turned on. The appliance company was nice enough to pay for repairs. Within another year, same thing. The company would no longer pay for repairs. We called the same repair company, and a service person came out to our home. After investigating, he said it would cost more more to have it fixed than it was worth. He then advised us to never buy Frigidaire again. We agree. So disappointing.

The only negative is how loud the the timer sound is and it keeps beeping until you open the door or press stop. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I upgraded a new home to include this appliance. I have been really happy I did. I always thought a microwave is a microwave, but this one is fab. I make garlic bread, cheese toast, crispy pizza rolls etc. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This microwave must be a lemon. have had it worked on twice and no will have service call for third time. Had to replace door switches and then had fuse blow. The service man repair fuse and less than two weeks it blew fuse again. Not real happy had a GE at old house used it for 12 years and was still working when we left. Had this microwave for 15 months and three service calls. Not good

We bought this May 20th 2019 to replace a failed GE Convection Microwave (GE are notorious for selling cheaply made products from China and not having replacement parts for them). This unit is doing everything we need it to do. It looks better, is more functional and is easy to use. We are happy with it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

There isn't much to say - this is a great over-the-range microwave - convection oven. No complaints at all! possible. I don't write reviews for the potential of receiving a gift card as that appears to be a gimmick that no one ever benefits from. I hope my reviews help potential buyers. The Frigidaire microwave came with the kitchen package in our new home. It certainly looks great but we are not thrilled with it. First of all, the beeping system is very irritating. I am talking about the alerts for when your cooking cycle has completed. It beeps three times - and then keeps beeping three more times rather frequently again until you open the microwave. And even the lowest volume setting is too loud. We finally turned the alerts completely off and have gotten used to setting the timer without any sound feedback. The second issue is it is a little underpowered. Mayber that is just what you get with such a large microwave. Everything takes about 20% longer than what I was used to with smaller, less, expensive microwaves. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The vent does not pull anything in, the exhaust is designed to go straight up - right into the cabinets - and I had this professionally installed. See the pictures. Condensation is all over the cabinets from the exhaust and the vent does nothing with the steam coming from the pot on the oven - again this was a professional install so everything should be working properly. I have had a Frigidaire MW/conv on my counter for over 5 yrs, my children wanted to buy me an over the range model to save space, I didn't want to give up my MW/conv model. Finally order this online as could not find this Frigidaire model in stock anywhere. Love it! It is even more convenient now over my range, great lighting, ventilation. I was afraid it would block view of dining area, as I had moved the refrigerator from that spot to the range, for that reason. Couldn't be happier! Still couldn't part with my old Frigidaire MW/conv so passed it on to my granddaughter that just moved out on her own! Keep the convection pieces in cabinet over MW as now I can just pull things off the stovetop or oven and keep warm in Convection, or cook extras in the convection when my oven is already full.
