I purchased this for the (currently listed) price of $120. It's listed at the Hamilton Beach website for $80 (and free shipping). That's a 50% premium for the "privilege" of buying it from Amazon.
I'm also less than overwhelmed with the air fry capability.
I was really looking for a replacement toaster oven that would fit a small frozen pizza, so for that it's suitable, and, as such I guess it meets my needs. It was the underwhelming performance of the "extra" features and the ridiculous price that knocked stars off.

Tried corny dogs. After 10 minutes at 370 degrees they were still cool on the outside and absolutely cold on the inside. This is a glorified toaster oven with a small useless fan. I have owned many Hamilton Beach products over many years and have always been extremely satisfied, but this appliance is not up to the standards I am accustomed to experiencing with their products.

I'm learning how to use it! So far, even if I got it as an air fryer too, it's a real good toaster oven! Salmon was great, chicken breast was great and last night's meatloaf, in a toaster oven? I was really good! Did french toast in the airfry basket and, for Eggo it was great! Having fun with my birthday present❣️❣️❣️

If your looking for a two in one product, this unit is not for you. It is a toaster oven period. If I had the box I would return it. Totally misrepresented as an air fryer/toaster oven. There are a number of other units out there that do air fry and have a toaster oven, a little bigger in size and price. Don't waste your money on this one. Sorry I bought it

Lamentablemente el mío venía con defectuoso, no alcanzaba las temperaturas indicadas en el selector de temperatura y tuve que devolverlo debido a que no había técnico autorizado para repararlo por la empresa. Me hubiera encantado una reposición del producto pero supongo que se agotaron antes de que pudiera percatarme del defecto. Una pena porque en verdad me interesaba sustituir el producto.

Absolutely LOVE this oven! Makes evenly browned toast; the air fryer is fast and the food was crispy, better than my conventional oven. Cooked a 12" pizza today and the crust was perfect and the cheese melted evenly, even in the middle. So far I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend this product.

I was so excited with product since air fryers are all the rage right now and both my sister and friend rave about theirs (other brands) this model, however, is NOT AN AIR FRYER. I took me over 40 mins to cook chicken tenders (!!!) and potatoes; the chicken was barely crispy, half of the bread crumbs didn’t even brown; the potatoes were still undercooked and it took me an additional 10 mins to get al dente. NOT AN AIR FRYER, no way! No how!

I've had this for about 6 months now & it seems to work flawlessly. While it isn't something that I use as often as other appliances I have, it fills a need that nothing else could do. As far as an air fry oven I had to adjust my times quite a bit because it takes a while to heat up but the results were as good as any air fryer I've used. The drawback to using the air fryer is that it's difficult to remove the basket & the catch tray at the same time. The rotisserie is really handy. All totaled I like this little oven quite a bit & leave it on my counter all the time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

So far, so good. Have had this oven for 3 weeks and it is working fine. Easy to use and speedy … preheated oven and cooked pizza is less time than regular oven takes to preheat. Only wish, as others have stated, an interior light would be most helpful.

I like the addition of the air fryer function, which gets a lot of use. I find it works best when cooking a single layer of food (fries, wings, etc.) on the basket. It also helps to move the food around a couple times during the cooking process.
The toast function works great and the unit even has marks on the time dial for light and dark toast which accurately indicate the "just right" setting range.
I like that it can handle a 12" pizza.
I also like the door geometry which gives extra hand clearance to make removing hot items a bit easier.
Finally, I like the easy clean crumb tray.
The oven and broiler functions are on par with other toaster ovens I've had, with nothing to complain about there.
Bottom line: Its a good toaster oven.

I've had this for about a month and first time I used it to make chicken wings the drip pan was destroyed after first use looks like a 20 year old pan now I would not recommend this product at all

Thought I could replace my air fryer with this, Wow was I wrong. This functions EXACTLY the same as my current convection toaster oven, so now I have two convection toaster ovens and an air fryer on my countertop. I was hoping to replace both my toaster oven and air fryer with this one appliance.
Whoever the brainiac in marketing that decided to label this as an air fryer needs a lobotomy, it is really just a toaster oven with fan powered by a mouse wheel. Frozen french fries would cook faster in the refrigerator than in this abortion.

This is good unit. Air fryer works well and nice size. Great features. One of the worse things with a toaster oven is clean up. I am not sure what all the other promotional reviews are talking about. It is very difficult it get the crumb tray out. IT IS NOT A SLIDE IN SLIDE OUT. If you cook a chicken in this the grease drips to bottom and onto a flat drip with no edge to hold in the grease. Just terrible design. Have to wonder when the designers made this unit what they were thinking. No thought was given here. I would recommend the product with caution and point out design flaws.

Didn't even know that Hamilton Beach made an air fryer. Checked out others on line then found this one. Was surprised that it came with the fryer basket, wire rack with drip pan plus the parts for the rotisserie. Have only had it a short time but everything so far is great. Though im not an expert on the differences between convection vs air fryers, I can say that you do get a good crisp when using the air fry mode on this thing. Baking is really good as well, haven’t really messed with toast or broil ( I mainly bake veggies or crisp up some frozen chicken and taquitos). It heats food evenly for the most part and is quieter than the black and decker convection ovens. The only grips I have about this oven is that it isn’t totally covered and the baking tray that comes with it warps easily when baking. There is a lot of space in between the pull out crumb tray (a plus also since it’s on the bottom of the door). Don’t know if that was intentional but definitely isn’t worth leaving food in there for a while if you live in a place with flies buzzing around. Otherwise it does as advertised.
