Great features! Our old microwave went out at the beginning of COVID-19. We've got 5 kids at home. You never know how much you depend on the microwave until you go 3 weeks without. Installation was a snap and looks terrific with our other black GE appliances!

This product is far inferior to any microwave I have ever purchased. The touch pad take a great deal of pressure to operate, I've used less pressure to activate mechanical push buttons. It takes 33% longer to heat a 16 oz cup of coffee than the microwave that it replaces. 

This microwave has all of the features we needed at an affordable price. It heats food uniformly and is easy to clean. I bought this appliance to replace a range hood which was in a 36" wide space. Unfortunately the JX36DSS filler panel kit was unavailable anywhere so I had to make my own side panels. I would change two things on this microwave: LED surface lights and have the clock display be dimmable. Other than that, this is a fine appliance for the money.

This microwave is not only beautiful but very user-friendly. I don't use a microwave for preparing meals but I have been using it for heating up leftover meals and preparing for baking with melting butter, etc. I did not like my old one, but I am much more than satisfied so far with my GE. Thank you General Electric for making a great product.

After my last maytag had an issue with the computer board and the door handle breaking. I needed one that was the exact same height to match the tile backsplash already installed. GE was the only brand to fit and have the features I wanted. Worked perfectly. Install was easy with included hardware. Looks awesome. And not to loud with the fan running.

We like the look of the Microwave and Stove in store and decided this was what we wanted. They are easy to use and look great in our remodeled kitchen.

We just purchased our new microwave so I can say that it's beautiful and pairs so nicely with the GE double oven we also purchased. It's very quiet and more that adequate power. I like the dark interior as it won't show every speck of dirt when we use it like our previous microwave which was white.

Just had microwave installed and it looks nice. Slate finish. Door is a little bit stiff to lock in place and seems loose at hinge. Installation was set for vertical exterior venting. Night light and regular light will be nice features. Ability to turn off turntable will also be nice feature which I look forward to.

I bought a similar model 10 years ago and I loved it. When it was time to replace, of course I looked for the GE brand. This microwave has all the features I need. It's easy to use and has plenty of room for larger dishes. The only thing that takes getting used to is the interior color is very dark. Overall, a great appliance. I am always happy with GE products.

I'm not sure why the inside if this microwave has a cardboard piece in it ? Is it missing a part or is this standard ? I had it installed by the company I purchased it from . It also signals me to place food in microwave even though the food is already in the microwave
