I wanted the Kitchen Selectives Single Drip Coffee Maker with Mug because I am usually the only one drinking coffee every day in my household. I grew tired of making a full pot of coffee and then drinking it later in the day when it has that burnt or old taste, or worse yet, throwing it down the drain at the end of the day. Such a waste. I chose the Lime color coffee maker to add a little color to my kitchen. It is so pretty and such a cute little coffee maker. It doesn't take up as much room as a regular 10 to 12 cup coffee maker and that is perfect since I don't have a lot of counter space. To get started, you push the button on top of the coffee maker to release the lid and put about a teaspoon of coffee in the mesh coffee filter. Then fill the coffee maker with the amount of water you need based on the size of your cup and snap the lid closed, turn on the coffee maker and wait for a short time for a fresh cup of coffee. After brewing, remember to turn off the coffee maker as it does not have a warmer. It has a little place under your cup so if you over fill the cup it will run into this little compartment which keeps your countertop spotless. I love that this coffee maker is so easy to clean. Even if I accidentally spill some coffee grounds, I just pour a cup of water in it and turn it upside down to clean out the coffee maker. I could not do this with my bigger coffee maker because of the size. I am perfectly happy with my new single cup coffee maker. It does what it is supposed to do - make a fresh cup of coffee whenever you want. Easy clean up with the filter and the little tray for spills. And looks very cute on my countertop. There are two issues that I will note and one is the push button release. My husband cannot get the coffee maker opened because the button releases the lid but it does not pop open on its own. You need to lift it a little with your thumbnail. I have no problem with opening the lid. The second issue is I sometimes forget to turn the coffee maker off. The switch is on the back left side. It does light up to show that the coffee maker is on, but it is next to my toaster, so I don't see the light. But I would still purchase this coffee maker again and would recommend it to anyone that wants just a single cup of coffee.

It works like the more one cup expensive coffee makers, you can use your own coffee or tea and you don't have to buy k-cups plus makes just enough coffee for one.

Cutest coffee maker I have ever had. It's a bit art deco and adds a pop of color to perk up my kitchen. I have the green one and I love it. So easy to use and clean up after. No messy coffee pots to clean or filters to buy. Just an simple maker that works. Use purified water for the best result.

It's a nice aqua color and one feature I love is that unlike some single cup coffee makers this one has an removable section under the cup so if you pull the cup away too soon the tray captures the overflow.

More work on the coffee basket. It is to little to take a No. 1 Melatta coffee filter. But I like the fact that it can take as much as 14 oz. Good cup of coffee.

The cute, modern styling rivals that of $100 K-cup models. I didn't want a K-cup model. I just wanted to brew one big cappucino in the morning. The permanent basket is wonderful. One could def. brew loose teas in there too. You do have to remember to shut the button off , but it's lighted, so not an issue. i just shut it off when getting my cup of coffee.

I saw this turquoise single cup coffee maker on the Everything Turquoise blog. I couldn't resist. I was not disappointed - it is too cute for words! And works great! One drawback might be that it's a little 'cheap-plastic' looking- which it is-plastic but I don't mind.

Nice, European style design but craftsmanship could be better. The drip cone underneath the filter basket will not remove without a struggle. Lots of pulling and pushing. Also, the top release button does not always do it's job and you need something like a butter knife to pry it open. I think I might tweek it by removing the spring hinge and operating it manually. All in all, it makes decent coffee but a cup warmer underneath would make it even better. Henceforth, the value price.

Loved the look of this coffee maker, but it did not work. It would get hot but not pump the water thru the filter. I was really disappointed . Returned to store without any hassle.

Needed a one cup coffee maker that didn't use those expensive K cups. This one serves that purpose. It is a little flimsy but for the money it is a good deal. So far, I can say that it makes a good cup of coffee, hot, and quick.
