I do not like that I have to always remove the lid to fill the pot with water. I removed the center do dad because I don't think it adds anything to the coffee by guiding the coffee to the bottom of pot. I guess it is supposed to mix the coffee up better. ??? On occasion, I like to make a small pot of coffee early afternoon and I appreciate there is a button to push if only making four cups. I like the ""clean pot"" light that comes on when the pot needs a run through of vinegar. I don't have to think about it. It makes a good pot of coffee, but no better or worse than any other coffee maker I have owned over the years.

junk! lasted less than 90 days. it will brew a cup or two then it will stop brewing. We have to unplug it and restart it to get it to brew maybe 2 more cups!

I broke my carafe and Krups does not have a replacement carafe and so I had to throw this machine away. Next coffee machine will be a stainless carafe

I purchased this and the coffee was OK. After a short amount of
usage the clean light came on and I found there is no cartridge or
filters included. Could not find cartridge online, emailed Krups and
got email with two sites it said I could make purchase. I could
not find the correct mdse on either site. Totally disgusted.

I just bought this coffee maker and get home. I unpackaged it and set it up to run some water through it to clean it before making coffee. I hear water passing through before i even turned it on. Wasn't sure if this was normal or not. Walked away for no more than 2 minutes and returned and water was leaking from the bottom all over my counter top and down my cabinets.

The coffee maker brews a tasty cup of coffee. I was impressed from the first sip. However, I did not and have not been able to find the water filter cartridge holder nor cartridge in the appliance nor box. How do I get the missing parts? I cannot find any information in the product manual.

I bought this and realized it didn't come with the filter cartridge holder, filter cartridge, and cartridge replacement indicator. And there's nothing my wife can do it's terrible

I was having a hard time replacing my coffee maker, tried 2 different others either the machine gave off the plastic taste in the coffee or would not stop dripping water every where. There is one feature that is most important on a coffee pot and that is the 4 hour shut off time. I have to look at the fine print on every box and then still sometimes it does not tell. This Krups does the 4 hour automatic without programming it for that! How much more can I ask? I love this machine, coffee tastes great, water/coffee stays in the pot or my cup and the auto off feature is set to my preference.

My hubby drinks coffee like a machine, literally so getting to try out the Krups coffee maker was a win win for us. I have to say that compared to others we have tried this is a huge difference for us.The big thing is that we can set it and have it start up for us without having to worry and the smell of fresh brewed coffee floats through the house. Being able to program it and not have to get up every morning to make it was the big point. It brews the perfect coffee everytime, exactly the way we like it. A friend of ours told us she wanted it when she came over, said its one of the best cups of coffee she's had. Its a definite must have for any coffee lover!

This coffee maker lasted us 2 weeks. It was fine every use and then it just stopped brewing after about a cup or so. We retried several times, unplugged and plugged back in and it continued to do the same thing. Then, so as not to waste any more of our good coffee, we tried just using water and still got the same result. I realize this could possibly happen with any brand or product, but I've never had any appliance malfunction so quickly after purchasing. We returned to the store where purchased and bought the same brand we had before buying the Krups.
