Micro not on display; Just paid service person to install what was to be replacement for 6 yr old LG that blew more than a switch this time. After installation discovered micro design changed; had dark grey interior with dark screen in door & dim light; difficult to see while in use. Touchpad dark, no bright easy read panel and with exception to clock, difficult to read black panel with dark grey letters/numbers, even with overhead light; (no back light); also dim light for over range. Planning to move & other appliances LG, or would return. Disappointed!

I bought this unit because the door opens with a softer pull than comparable models. But you have to press the buttons very hard to get them to register. Very annoying. Also I really miss the one touch operation of my previous microwave. This microwave oven works very well and seems well constructed. But it is not as pleasant to use.

This microwave is a perfect fit over my stove. The push button panel is stiff. You really have to be right on the number to activate it. The handle is a great feature. The light under the m/wave is very dull. The exhaust fan is good but also noisy. Overall the microwave cooks, heats up well.

Reviewed several options online, went to store to view in person. Surprised by the cheap feel of so many microwaves, then spotted this LG model across the showroom. Stood out immediately as solid, with very clean lines. After installation, truly appreciate the firm buttons, which preclude accidental choices, by brushing one not wanted. Also, large 'on' & 'off' stand out well, and power saver is an excellent feature; can be turned off fully when not in use. Doesn't 'fingerprint', and is fast and easy to wipe. Great partner to my LG stove~~!!

We love the fridge space! The kids have a pull out door I stock with kid friendly snacks and the door the allows them to get drinks and milk without holding the refrigerator door wide open.... I an awesome addition to a big momma home! Four boys and lots of food. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

We purchased a 4 pc appliance package of LG products. The refrigerator is not just attractive but has great features. We love the French Doors and double lower drawers and the compact ice maker is located in the door and makes an abundance of ice. The new range has touch controls for the smooth top and oven which makes a fresh appearance. The matching microwave has a removable center rack for extra convenience when needing to heat multiple dishes. The new dish washer has very clean lines and looks and is extremely quiet! Overall the quality and appearance is superb.

We bought this over the Christmas holidays to replace the 80's microwave that came with the purchase of our house. Literally in 7 minutes we had a full course chicken meal ready to eat for dinner a few days later.

We brought this microwave about a month ago and so glad we did. Life is good in our house hold. Lol!

We bought a appliance package with 4 appliances, all LG, we have only had them for 2 months and the micro will not heat, and the turn table stopped working, the fan on it is also very loud. I am very disappointed, I hope that I don't have problems like this right away with the other appliances. Not the most expensive appliances, but I thought LG was a good product, not so sure now.

Easy to use; good exhaust venting. Cooktop light is good, too. I am hopeful that the lightbulbs will not need to be changed with any frequency, as the light cover opens to the back. It heats quickly and evenly. I do not use the kid-food settings. Besides being efficient and nicely styled, the feature of greatest significance is that it operates quietly. Our kitchen is open to our living/dining area. Venting cooking odors is important and is easily and quickly accomplished. Previously you could not listen to music or hear a conversation right in front of you with our former microwave, when it was cooking. Thank you LG!
